The psycological disease of poker

What is this guy writing, I'm betting you think right now. Yes that's right, poker is nothing more than a disease which infect the minds and make the souls of humans slowly, sometimes quickly, sink through the soil of the earth into hell! Well not literally speaking but you get the picture.

Why do you play poker, is it beacause you think it is funny or is it just because of the money? Well if you play at the free poker room you probably play because you think it is funny, then I wish you all luck and if you start playing with real money you might have a good chance of winning or at least having fun knowing that you do something that isn't free.

Of course, if you're winning a lot of money that in itself might be enough to keep it funny. However there are many people who just keep going with the hope of winning a lot of money despite not thinking it is fun to play. To these people I have one piece of advice, do something else. Poker isn't everything eventhough one can get that feeling when hanging around in poker circles. Why not start with a new hobby where you can perhaps meet a girl or why not go out to the forest and take a walk? Perhaps you need to calm down a little in life. If poker is your hobby you should do it because it is funny, it shouldn't add more stress in your life.

So what do I want to say? Well just keep on playing as long as you find it rewarding but once in a while you might give a thought to the other things in life.
