I think he is saying is that Hovis is a stand up guy who'd never lie, Willy is, as well...so there must be some sort of discordian evil afoot. He's about to name the person who wanted to cause such havoc and chaos on the site...but the evil hand hurt him...thusly keeping him from saying who the evil-doer is.
