i post this in here bcoz it wunt let me post in 'complaints and appeals' 4 sum reason
i joined the waiting list on omaha table (800), waited a few hands, then the waiting list button popped up again, so i clikd it again, but on the chat box it said that i had joined the table, which i did not. i eventually got on when ppl lost/stood up, but it took 2 lots of 800 chips (1600) off me when really it should of only took 800.
i ask ppl on the table about this and they sed REFRESH and my chips will be there, but they wasnt. i double checked.
could any1 high up (wonka maybe) look into this 4 me plz? is there a part in the site that lets u look into the chips paid out/paid in etc, admin maybe???

Like I tryed to explain to you on the table, it happens to me all the time. What happens is you click on a seat and enter the buyin but someone sits just a split second b4 you do. It looks like your chips have disappeared also but if u give it a few minutes and refresh screen you will see them back in your bank.

hello friend,
coolhand has explained it very well, yes this does happen a lot but the chips do return after refreshed.
have yours still not returned....?

no, i kept refreshing last nite and nothing. its only 800 chips but fort i best let u no thts all

everytime i have done it it has re-banked. I will try tonight with another acct and see if it does or not.

its hapend to me again, but wiv a diff account, and i no it did this time as i only had 1077 chips in, n then went down t 277 wen i had t rejoin the waiting list so i no i was rite the 1st time and coolhand, i dnt clik on the seat t join, i clikd the waiting list so ur theory is nt the answer

if you join a table, you chips are staked. sometimes unfortunately gaz due to technology being technology, things can go a bit iffy. its happened to me aswell. sometimes you join a table but it isnt showing and the chips are deducted, sometimes my mouse goes crazy and clicks off the tables, all chips are gone. if youre taking this game really seriously then its an unfortunate thing but the way i see it, its not real money and i tend to play for fun. some people tend to play to get on the leaderboard but this just happens sometimes. especially when alot of people are waiting/playing.
just gotta suck it up and use the frustration to go all in and win!
