Is it a split pot if for example:
On the table is: Ks Kh 10d 5c 3c
Player one has: 8s 4c Player two has: 7s 3c
I remember playing in a live tournament and when this happend the pot was split but in this website player one won.
I always thought that the cards on the table also count as mine and as neither player had a higher card than the 10 that was on the table its a split pot as in theory its our highest card after the Pair of kings.

player 1 has K K 10 8 5.......1 pair
player 2 has K K 3 3 10.......2 pair
player 2 wins every time.
By the way, your scenario has a 3c on the table and a 3c in player 2's hand?????
