Congratulations on your CMship.
I have got to do this can you tell me if the chips i have will carry over to the new account or do you start with nothing.
And do i use same password or not.

Thanks twr, I just created a new account and the chip count was 1000. I'm assuming that this was correct.

I'm not allowed to set up a new account because of my email address already being used? what do i do? i have two email accounts neather of which can be used.

GM has said he will not be answering your posts about your ban as you broke the rules.
Read the rules, decide whether you can abide by them and, if so, start over and don't try to rebuy when people are waiting. It will not happen!
Well, 1 who the hell are you telling me what to do. 2 i didn't break the rules as there wasn't anyone waiting as there was a spare seat, 3 there was no warning about the ban, no one asked me to leave, 4 why have a rebuy button if when you try to rebuy in you get banned whether there is anyone waiting or not. 5 no-one said that they will not be answering my posts about my ban, the fact is they said they would look into my ban as i wasn't asked to leave, ie no one was waiting, empty chair.

Losing the chips is a bit of a blow I must admit.
I am very close to the leaderboard with my old account, and the bottom position is a moving target getting higher every day and I feel that if I go back to 0 chips, I will not be able to achieve my goal, unless I played all day long lol.
What I have been doing is continuing to play my old account and chatting as a CM using my new one, sort of.... CM in diguise.
I need to ask you GrandeMaster have you or anyone else objections to me doing this ?
If not maybe luke could do the same although I understand that not everyone is able to do this. I have not played at a table with my CM account yet, and certainly have no intentions of using both to play at the same time. It do however give me the option to go and get a mod from another table without standing.

i have not got a problem with that, i know you would not abuse it..
unfortunatly even with another user name cm's still have to stand to reach another table to ask a mod for assistance,(same ip address).
it would be nice if this sittuation could be looked at by emil or gm..

CMwonka, perhaps a private messaging system on the foum could make it easier to contact moderators.. But that would require them to check if they have received messages regularly.. But perhaps an improvement anyway..
About the problem with committee members having to stand to make direct contact with a moderator, I can't see any solution right now.
GrandeMaster, if you delete any old forum accounts be sure not to delete their posts as well. You can see that option right? (I haven't logged in as a moderator so haven't seen exactly what options you've got).. But it's not a big problem if there are a few duplicate accounts..

Emil,
A good point was made by Vacan that when sidney was banned you were able to reactivate with out a lose of chips. Is it possible for you to transfer chips to another account or change a username with chips intact?
