Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy.

To SuffolkQueen,

Life is composed of complementary opposites, they are yin and yang. Yang is active, dynamic, and assertive (male). Yin is quiet, yielding and receptive (female). In nature yin and yang combine in patterns of highs and lows, mountains and valleys, turbulence and tranquility. Beginning and ending follow each other as an example in nature. Nature starts with spring, summer, falls it end with winter and start again. Another example is the cell in our body, every cell in our bodies is constantly changing. We are not the same people we once were. Each year much of our body tissue is renewed through metabolic change. Our body is like a river always renewing and re'inventing itself. Did you know that 98% of all the cell in our body is replaced less than a year with each and every year in our life, and that every cell in our liver is replaced every 3 weeks, and every cell in our skin is replaced every 30 days and we have a new stomach lining every 5 days. Life in time is like a river also always flowing always changing but in some ways remaining the same.

Balancing the forces within and without men and women become strong and flexible, courageous and wise. When we take time to live more consciously we don't react mindlessly to our environment our days will be filled with active choices, balancing the current of yin and yang into a greater harmony. Peace!!!

I was at this casino minding my own business, and this guy came up to me and said, "You're gonna have to move, you're blocking a fire exit." As though if there was a fire, I wasn't gonna run. If you're flammible and have legs, you are never blocking a fire exit.
