i personally would like to recomend that all the present CM's for a mod position they do a very good job all are well spoken and do a exelennt job so far give them all a crack at being mods to c if they can handle the extra resonsability if they cant cut it as a mod they can always revert to a cm if they so wished. then post a wanted add for more CM's to help them as the CM's do for the present mods kind of a promotion if u like i know the present CM's have not been CM's for long but they have made a difference to this site

Can i just say i think the Current MoDs do a great job! but they are a bit like buses, wait hours for one then three come along at once. I do not say this to insult or causes offence it is just from experience.
I believe more mods will benefit the site; but they should be recruited from cm's who have shown commitment, fairness, maturity and respect to the site. I have seen this from all the cm's i have spoken with, so i will not name any names they are all good.
I would not be able to consider this position due to the amount of time i am able to commit. Also I don't want to have the powers to ban or muzzle. So far being a cm has proven most situations can be discussed or dealt with in other ways (Not suggesting there is no need for MoDs!). People also wanting to become MoDs should seriously consider if they could commit to the responsibility and time needed.

I agree with keywest's suggestion but would like to take myself out of the equation as i have only been a CM for 2 days and feel i need more experience. I have found all the CM's helpful as well as the moderators.
As only a few mods play on the tourney table i would like to point out that The Hype does a very good job of keeping things in order so i would like to nominate him for a moderator position as well.

I would not like to single out any of the CM's but I would say that from my perception all of the CM's have been taking their role seriously and doing a very good job. It has also been good to see the camaraderie and communication that exists between them.
Like Harshy I would also be concerned about the time commitment aspect of being a Mod and would only want to be considered if this was on an "as available" basis. As I can only use the laptop when Adder is sleeping ;-)

Please may I suggest CMBoozybird1. She is a really good as a CM but she does need more power, she handles all situations really well but sometimes she could do with being able to ban people. She is on most days (UK time). She is really friendly, fun, polite and helpful. I think she would be great as a mod.

Thank you Vacan & ynot for the recommendation .
I do not envy the decision making on this matter , I think all the CM's are doing a great job , everyone of them has been kind & helpful towards me, other players & of course the existing moderators, I can not thank them enough .

When considering new moderators can you guys pick people that will be on different times of the day?
It's all well and good picking people because they're good natured on this site but it's going to do no good if these people are all on at the same time of the day as the rest of the day wont be covered.
Then when the decisions have been made, list the times of day we're likely to see these people.

I have to say that i think all the CM's have been doing a great job so far, well done all, good to have your support at the tables. They have all proved themselves to be a huge asset and i'm sure they would all make very good Moderators. I'm sure whoever is put in place as a new Mod will do themselves and the site proud and help to keep things running smoothly so that all members can enjoy an efficient and fun game. I think all CM.S do a good job but i can only put forward ones i know and that is CMWOOSH , CMFROGGYWOMAN ,CM LARA ,CM BOOZYBIRD.

I said i wouldnt copnsider it but after the silly people on their again last night I would be happy to as I work from home and have the site on all day and night it seems lol.
I only play the tourney table and as a more mature player think I would do a good fair job as this site is excellent and a shame when a few idiots spoil it for all.

Is there any way possible that all CM's can get the muzzle powers as people just push u to the limit saying what u going to do when we warn them for abusive language and there is no mods about and they just carry on useing abusive/offencive language.

Would like to add am very happy for any new voted MOD especially if they cud watch the tourney table.. Ive played with Jonny B hes a nice fella and would also push Adder, Jockney as I have found them both very good guys at the tables.

I think you really have to consider Boozybird as a mod. She is on day AND night, to 2-3 o´clock in the morning. she does a terrific job.

Alright, let's see if CMwoosh, CMLara, CMFroggywoman, CMBoozybird and twr506 are interested in becoming moderators right now.
I will make all of these persons moderators right now and send a mail to their e-mail they registered in the game with information. If you for some reason cannot read the e-mail, tell me a different e-mail to send it to.
