Hi, I am new to the free poker rooms and I am having trouble connecting to the tables. The connection seems really slow or I get kicked off all together. My friend has played the tables on my network connection using his laptop and has had no problems, any tips for me?

Connection problems you say Rampage? Well, do you know what server your on? And, what computer type are you using? EG: XP, Vista, 98.
If you answer these questions, i'll try and locate what is happening. For the meantime, i will try and locate your computer via your IP address. And i will try to fix it momentarily.

I'll check your server, and XP.. Hmm, what does it come up with when you load poker up? And, getting disconencted might mean that your internet connection might be loose. And, if so: You'll have to ring and get that fixed.
Is only poker that you get disconnected on?

Sometimes I just get a black screen when I try to get on a table, sometimes it asks me to try again later. When it does load it doesn't seem to be 'live' its very slow. I don't have any problems on any other web sites. When my friend accessed it through my connection on his lap top he had no probs, perhaps I need to adjust some settings on my PC?

Yes Rampage, what kind of Internet Explorer do you have? The new one, or old?
If you have the new one: When the screen comes black. On the address bar, does it say at the end of the address onetableonly?
If it does, this means that you have to refresh, or log out and back in; in order to play on a table. =)

Hi there, my husband is having trouble logging into the game. After logging in when choosing a table "Error on Page" comes up. I don't have a problem gaining access from the same computer. Its been 3 days - can you help?

Right, the reason it might say 'Error on page' is simply because...
A: You have been banned.
B: Your computer might have problems loading up the application due to being an old computer - What computer type are you using? XP? Vista or others...

Hi,
I too am having connection problems. I've been playing here for the last few days with no problems at all,but when I've tried to log on today I get the table but the applet sticks saying connecting to server,but never does. I've tried tuning my firewall off,using a different browser,rebooting the router and the computer,but still cannot connect to server. Like I said, all worked fine last night,but today no joy and I haven't changed anything on my machine. Confused.

hi stagno,
if your still having problems, it might be just a problem with the site. try leaving it for a day then retry.
*or, you could try changing your username/email address, and see if that helps.

hey twr..
my pc doin the same. i accidentally turned power off on the pc in lounge mid game and cannot get back. it says same as you connectin to server..and never does. The annoying thing is i can get on using pc upstairs on same broadband connection.. dont make sense. tried firewall temp ineternet blah blah blah. i concur best way is to launch out of window.. unless you found out anythin else ??

Yes hype mate found out complete system restore cures the problem 5 days without playing and my madness forced me to do it lmao.......................A bit extreme tho lol
I tried just about everything I think its something blocking connection in
I E browser it happened after flash player upgrade.
