I belive you banned me at tincats request. When i sat down noone was waiting, I played 1 hand, lost all my chips and rebought 883. This sent tincat into a tizzy and I belive you banned me. I broke no rules, the game let me rebuy. Why was I banned and not tincat???????????? IF the game does not allow rebuys, why did it let me do it?????????????. All I am asking is that you are fair to all players who follow the rules. CRIBDAWG

cribdawg even when there is one person or 2 are waiting the game lets you rebuy but your not surpose to m8 thats the rules

Hi Cribdawg
Well mate it is in the rules stand up when you loose all your chip's.
Yes it let's you re-buy but on this site it's not the done thing.The right thing is to stand then sit if no-one is waiting.
It's more of being a gentleman then anything so next time mate,do yourself a favour and just tick standup when you loose.The Mod's are not bad here,but they have to do there job.

I understand your point, and when i sat down it was in an open chair and i only played one hand before the rebuy so i did not know anyone was waiting. Tincat immidiatly jumped on me without explaining the unwritten rule and was too quick to ban. If reinstated under cribdawg I will cancel my new identity and follow all rules that i know exist,written or unwritten. Thank you. Cribdawg

I banned you myself I never asked anyone to do it for me.
I did explain the rules to you and gave you chances to stand. You told me you would not stand.
If you had listened to me then maybe you wouldn't be in such a 'tizzy' now.

Poker room rules
Please follow these rules when playing in the poker room. Otherwise you might be banned from the site or muzzled.
No swearing. (Damn and darn is ok, but not f*ck or wh*re for example)
No flooding.
No abusive/racial/sexist behaviour.
No offensive user names.
Only chat in English.
Stand up when you have gone all in with chips and lost (you can do this by clicking the stand up button in the corner or closing the window), unless there is no queue at the table.
You have a 5 minute limit sitting out.
The last two rules exist because there is only a limited number of tables and many who want to play.

Colhand75. Where does it say "no rebuys", I dont see it, and how does someone sitting know if people are waiting. The rules need to be more precise and the game should not allow rebuys if they are not permitted. If rebuys are indeed permitted than players should not be punished for doing so, even if it is not polite. IF, against the odds, I am reinstated, I do not plan on conducting rebuys but if the box remains and people choose to use it I would not hold it against them
