Grand master i think that the rebuy saga has gone on long enough with people not knowing were they stand innocent ppl are being banned as it is a unwritten rule although a good one not everyone knows about it i think that the situation needs to be put to bed once and for all the rebuy option should either be removed or disabled whilst ppl are waiting i think i speak for everyone on this

CMjohnnyB, it is not possible to remove the re-buy option in the foreseeable future, since the software isn't controlled by The Free Poker Room. (bolded some text so that others will see it as well)

Make rebuys are not permitted a rule-it is sort of hinted at in one of the rules but it is not directly adressed and it should be.

Put some friendly advice up, like dont rebuy when a table is full because the likely hood is that there's a waiting list.
If there's spare seats then there's obviously no waiting list and its safe to rebuy. But re-word so it's more professional lol

Maybe this could be written in the box on the screen straight after consider joining the forum,maybe that would work and the new player's would see it aswell so they wouldnt do it.Sure would save alot of upset player's and player's being dirty on the Mod's.
