Player Liam999 between 13:30 and 14;30 rebought at least 3 tiems while people were queing he ignored myslef and several other players who asked him nicely not 2 do it and just carried no playign even when i informed him that i would report his seflish attitude he just caried on.
What if anything u do about it is up to you of coruse but it does not give a good example to others and emphasis that CMs are not to be taken seriously.

The system needs to be fixed to prevent rebuys. Liam999 was only doing what the game let him do. It may have been rude and innapropriate but it is not his fault the game cannot back up its rules and that there are no rules that directly adress rebuys

of course it's his fault he had a choice! he could have stood up, despite warnings he refused.

It is not his fault because of the way the game and rules are set up. If rebuys are not allowed it should not be on the game and if buybacks cannot be removed from the game then the rules should directly adress the use or prohabition of rebuys, and they do not.

Poker room rules
Please follow these rules when playing in the poker room. Otherwise you might be banned from the site or muzzled.
No swearing. (Damn and darn is ok, but not f*ck or wh*re for example)
No flooding.
No abusive/racial/sexist behaviour.
No offensive user names.
Only chat in English.
Stand up when you have gone all in with chips and lost (you can do this by clicking the stand up button in the corner or closing the window), unless there is no queue at the table.
You have a 5 minute limit sitting out.
The last two rules exist because there is only a limited number of tables and many who want to play.

Post them all u want vacan, they still do not directly adress rebuys. With this many people involved you know as well as i do that certain people are going to use the rebuys as long as the game lets them and the rules do not directly adress them. I do not see why a rule cannot be created that says "rebuys are not permitted while people are waiting. If you break this rule you may be banned". This would not eliminate the issue but it sure would help. Some of the current rules are very vauge, and when your rules wording is vauge the rules will be abused by some, intentionally or unintentonally. I am willing to bet 90% of the people playing on this site dont know exatcly what "flooding" is to give you an eample of another vauge rule-if a full definition was given for "flooding" I am sure it would occur less often.

bro if we dont have rebuys then we are only able to play one game and thats it, if thats what u want we can vote for it but i doubt anyone will agree with it. think about it, rebuy is to use it when sits available not to abuse it when full table is on

cribdawg,when we advise people of the no re-buy situation myself and all the mods post the following message in the rooms at busy periods.(in caps)
PLEASE STAND WHEN YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CHIPS NO RE-BUYING WHEN THE TABLES ARE BUSY THANKS.
so how can a player be confused about re-buying after reading that??
and further more the whole point of this thread is that a player had been asked to stand in a freindly manner with the no -rebuy rule explained to
him/her time and time again,so to just sit there and choose to ignore 1 the rules and 2 the fact a room cm was asking him to do so.
i can only speak for myself i had of been on the tables at the time i would have banned him.
there is a lot of give and take on the sit cribdawg as you well know and to lay a bet down to yourself i will bet 90% of this site are more than welcome to the fact these constant re-buyer's are being told to stand up.
and again there is no quick fix to solve this problem as it is upto the software provider's and not Emil.
i agree to a point cribdawg that the system will let you re-buy on occasions but when you are clearly told (not you in person) not to re-buy and continue doing so then there really is only one outcome isn't there !!!

PLZ STAND UP WEN U LOOSE YOUR CHIPS PPL R WAITING AND NO-REBUYING TY
Could all mod's and cm's please copy this and use it.It is anoying to see it but it works and people are aware of it.
It's so frusting when there is 7 or more on the waiting list and someone re-buy's or just sit's there.
Thankyou smooth games are so nice.
