I have played many times with Vacan and know his disposition fairly well. I can tell you that Vacans comment above is clearly "tongue in cheek". It is impossible to sound sarcastic when it's text and not a voiced comment.
It's a shame that you don't know Vacan well enough to enjoy his sense of humour and even more of a shame that you would even consider that he would "ban to play". In my opinion, none of the mods on this site would be so petty.
I don't see this as proof of your allegation. I challenge you to find another player that was at the table at the time to agree with you. Then maybe, just maybe your finger pointing will carry some weight.
