Well.. Boorts seems to have seven accounts here and four have already been banned. The other three seems to not have been used much. Why so many accounts and why has so many been banned?
Banning a person for joking a little is of course too harsh but perhaps there is more than meets the eye here and I can't know how it is. Anyway it seems Boorts already have a new account and is playing right now..

Yes Emil i have been banned several times and that was at the start of playing this site but like i said i have come to respect this site and the people who run it, but Emil the point is i got banned with 96k on account mate will there be any chance of bringing back my username Boortsl234 plz

can the appropriate people please do something about hassaan. every time he has a turn it's after the beep. not just sometimes but every time. he has most of the other players at him to hurry up. he came to the $1000 table when there were 10 of us playing and within half an hour there were only 3 players left. hassaan in my opinion is bad for this site. he is guilty of annoying the hell out of proper players and deliberately running the clock down each round. this kind of play is selfish and and ignorant, it turns good fun into a long boring grind for all of us.

The reason so many of my accounts have been banned is for using foul/offencive language but my last banning was about 2 months ago which is no excuse for the others i no but i truely believe it was wrong to ban me for this incident today and if u will ask all the mods what i am like bar(smackdown007) they will all say the same thing I am one of the good guys at the poker tables. I hope Smackdown will be dealt with because i would not like this sort of thing to happen to anyone else. Thank you and please let me no what is happening, Boorts2(l234)

Boorts, it seems you have two accounts on the forum too. This is strictly not allowed, so I am banning Boortsl234.
Please don't use multiple accounts on the forum. And I'm sure Smackdown007 wouldn't ban you for no reason. If you were acting in-appropiately, then that is why you were banned.

Boorts, I wasn't there at the time. I'll do a witness check too see if anyone saw anything when this incident happened.
And, if you did call Smackdown007, then you are breaking 3 rules.
Abusiveness, rudeness and swearing.
So.. If we have any witnesses of this incident, please tell me or any other moderators. Thanks.

Boorts. I think ur a wicked person but i think that the evidence that u have supplied has been edited Jst to try and get your ban lifted. The reason i think this is because if you look at the end of your name you have the 2 lil dots i.e. Boorts2: this happens when you use the chat function. But if you look av bebstreet's response there are no dots.
So i dont believe that this is legitimate.

I did not break any of the rules though. I saw other use swear words with no affect, and one person say ****. I said **** as others had used similar method of not displaying swear words. To be banned is unfair. I will refrain from this if it is going to cause offence.

In my eyes, that's not good enough proof.
And GOBLIN1964.. When censoring words, you need to censor the whole word. Not two letters.

It is now 1:33 am in mid-western US. I was just sitting at a poker table with moderators Smackdown and Tincat. We were having a good game, laughing a joking. No negatives. No swearing - and without warning - my connection was lost.
Now it tells me that I am banned from playing at your site. Honestly, I have no idea why that would happen. There was no violation - I was in with 2 moderators - who both seemed to be having a great time.
There was no reason or warning given, - just 'poof!' Gone. Why did that happen??
Edit by Emil: Ok, didn't read it properly. Could have answered him right away that it probably was because he appeared to be occupying a chair without playing when there was a queue to the table.
johnbro you'll have to create a new account unfortunately.

Hi johnbro.
Its unfortunat that you lost connection. But emil is right. The two mods sat at the table would of seen you occupying a seat without playing a hand. This would of sparked some anger in the the players waiting to play. So smackdown and tincat had no other option other than to remove you form the table.
The pokerroom rules state that the maximum sit out time is 5 mins.
As emil mentioned you will need to open a new account with a new name i.e. Johnbro1.

I was playing online and Tincat told me no to use CAPS when typeing so i said sorry and went lowercae. later on she was typing in CAPS so i asked why she was when she had told me not to, in reply she muzzled me.
I did not swear or abuse anyone in anyway at all.
Duno if its just me but i find being able to talk on the table makes it alot more fun and i feel depribed of my rights when i havnt formaly broke any rules.

I could only ask him 'WHY???'

This completely confounds me... as I have never sworn on a website... and really was having a good time with those two when the original event occurred.
I told him that he must be mistaken.
( Tomassi - I am not a kid... actually, a mature person... in my late 40s - and I don't have time or inclination to do something as childish as swear at ppl on a website )

Well, this is increasingly ludicrous to me.... and if it were in my power, I would now demand this alledged 'proof.'
It is stupid... and I should just go do my business elsewhere - but now I am actually angry. And I do intend to go up 'the ladder' as far as I can - to find out what on earth this 'moderator' is referring to.
I don't know if this person needs to get more sleep -- or if there is some problem with 'translation' between our versions of the english language... but I am formally contesting this 'swearing' allogation.
Just makes me mad. I want to see the transcripts.
Who there, if anyone... has the actual power and ability to help me, please??
