i have been muzzled on my account and i thought i could play without it but i can't speak to my friends in the game so i have am really sorry for flaming someone in the game. it was 'tincat' who muzzled me so id like to say sorry to him/her for ignoring his/her instructions which were to tell me to calm down.

Welcome too the forum, winsallday. Well, I am glad you're sorry for you behaviour, although, it isn't that easy. It will be upto tincat and adminastrator (Emil) too decide whether you can or cannot be un-muzzled.

I am very sorry GrandeMaster. All I said was that you cannot ban people because I thought you were bluffing. But the main talker was killacali4nia not calirider 14. I agree that you ban reyes831 but not calirider14. I am very sorry and can u put me back in the game. I was doing really well with 62 thousand saved. I spent months getting that money and you ban me.

for some reason i just got banned, just got more chips, while i was at the table, next thing i know i was banned. Wasn't staying at the table for no reason. Did have chips to buy back in

I have asked for the reason that tincat banned me but as of yet you have not replied
could you please ask TC to justify that when the program allows you to rebuy as it did in my case without havig to stand as would usally happen with your program that she banned me.
if the program had not allowed my to rebuy I would have stood as I would not have been able to rebuy and stay sitting.
This I feel is a situation that needs to be looked at and a reply would be nice and i hope my account will be reinstated

You cannot rebuy when people are waiting! Also, it is advisable when a moderator asks you to do something, to just do it and rebuy, then talk it through with them.
What's the point in getting banned for the sake of your pride?

if the program did not allow me to rebuy as previous games i would have stood as per the programbut in this case the program did allow me to rebuy without ticking any box and or requesting to do so so theirfore i feel that this is what should be addressed.
The point about talking to the MOD's i tried to explaine my postion but i had received the count down before i had compleated what i was typing
For this I am sorry but as a bloke that does not use a compter all the time more like a screwdriver i would have liked more time than the 5 Secs given
As for you point about pride this is nothing to do with pride, this is to do with improving the program and the operation of this FREE yes i mean free poker room, as a new player only 3 months i am using it to learn and the first time i take a little while to send a reply to the table i get banned this is not pride its a learning curve for both myself and the MODS that they should give us meer non tech's the time to learn and if that pride then i am guilty and soory if not then help us to learn

Didn't know that, why have the button to get more chips then? No-one asked me to leave that i know of, i had bought back in and was waiting for the match playing to finish so i could join in again. If that was wrong i don't understand. Please can you un-ban me please, won't try to buy back-in, in future

Devongummy, the bit about pride wasn't aimed at you mate. I should have made that more clear.
In fact, the whole post wasn't particularly aimed at you, other than where I addressed the fact you cannot rebuy when people are waiting!
You do, however, get people who will get abusive towards people who ask them to stand and then start refusing to move on principal, as they feel they should be allowed to stay.
Sorry, I should have directed my response more clearly!

This still only means that i have to wait for a reply as i can not get on the tables to get one of the MODs to talk hopefully GM or Elle or Key but they are not reading the forum or they have chosen to block this line of questioning as to my personal situation

Devongummy, do you mean Emil, not Elle? lol Which mod banned you mate? I do believe it is normally the choice of the moderator whether or not to unban you, but as long as you weren't rude, it sounds to me like a genuine mistake!

It was Tincat that banned me I belive but not had any conformation of this as still able to log in but just cannot get on the tables don't understand it
all i can do is wait for one of them to read this and address it.

There's a thread in the forum about the Table Players all being white. It was started by DeathCard. He is under the impression that he has now been banned from the Forum. I really doubt that...tell me it ain't so...Anyway, he can't seem to log in. Can GM or someone clarify his status please?

whats with being banned for trying to re-buy in, had another screenname, lost my credits, had more spare, didn't want to leave the room so went to re-buy in, as i'm waiting for the game playing to end everyone goes and i have a banned thing come up, no warning, just banned for trying to play on.

Hi all
Kerrie could you conferm something please.Gforce and the Dhonkey have accused me of not standing up.I was on the phone for over 10mins and believe that if I was sitting for that long I would have been banned.Somebody wrote that you had saw it.I believe I was not as came back to pc and did the norm. to sit and play again.If I have sat the whole time(which I dont think so) but if it is the case thankyou for not banning me and I sorry to all the players which where waiting.

Sorry about the delay in responding to your post, i've been busy with work and just had a chance to catch up on the forum.
I can confirm that I did go into the room that you are referring to and it did appear as though you were just sitting at the table without any chips, hence the "0" under your name at the time. I was just about to type into the text for you to "stand up please" when the "0" became "1000", indicating a re-buy on your request. I must admit this did surprise me as I know you are a regular member and thought you would have known better, especially when people are waiting.
I was about to bring your attention to it but was aware that NORTHSTAR was also present and agreed to let him handle it. I then left the room so can't comment on what happened after that, i'm sorry!
I hear what your saying about being on the phone at the time but would it maybe have been a good idea to "sit out" until you could return to the table? May have avoided the whole situation and saved all the confusion. I hope you have noticed that both myself and NORTHSTAR are trying to be as fair as possible as moderators and would not ban without plenty of warning and good reason.
I'm sure this won't become an issue again as far as your concerned. Hope this has helped.

I was muzzled last night, my wireless cut out and when I finally managed to log back in i discovered this; i guess i was stuck seated at my table. I was muzzled for the same reason (internet cut-out) before christmas. I'm at uni and therefore I have no control over the internet. I understand why I was muzzled and i'm sorry. I'm just wondering how long my 'talk box' will be blocked and if there is anything i can do to make you mods happy again? :)

well here goes ..my whine...
having a wild all-in battle with Chips3...he's up over 50,000 and all-in...i have 29 k plus change and decide to go all-in, hoping for a king...click on the all-in button..nothing...it closes on me...folds me of course King comes up...
next thing ..I have no chips, am being prompted to rebuy..go our, refresh, and have lost the 29,000...is this just the way it goes sometimes? do chips just vanish? is this a familiar hardluck story around here?
oh well..sure enjoy the tables..thanks for all the work GM and mods

Bento, something along those lines happened to me once; wanting to raise with an ace high flush I accidently typed 0 instead of like 10000 into the raise box which then ended up with me folding and giving up my seat as you describe.

why don't you just let it go, register a new user name,(via different email address), and start all over again. no harm done. going on and on about won't acheive anything at all. get over it and move on is the best policy here my freinds. sorry for the blunt'ness..

Thanks for the concern but why should I open another e mail account when i belive i've done nothing wrong, This is not pride but why should i use another account also GN has stated that he can check the IP so would another account from a fixed IP be any differ
Once angain Thanks for the concern but I would like my name to be cleared is that to much to ask for
And a reply from the BOSS MOD would not go a miss this is as i have felt in the past a good site but I feel the response has been very slow and that is the reason I will NOT let this go
