I have had to reg as Devongummy1 to play but would like to use the original if poss
I think tha TC banned me but she has not comfirmed this and I would you to look into this if poss

Devongummy it does say on the main page of the free poker room that before you register you must read the rules, and the rules state that when you lose all your chips you must stand up to allow others to play, thereby prohibiting the rebuy feature, even if it is available. It's basic common decency to do so, so that the people waiting can play a game just like you. Also if a mod asks you to stand up, for whatever reason, you should do to avoid being banned, and take your case here. But it this case you didn't read the rules of the free poker room and you didn't do what the mod in question asked you to do. That is why you were banned

It must be TC that should give me the answers or GM as they can reveiw the conversation
If you are able to do this then please accept my appoligise but post the text so that we can all read and then the majority can make their own minds up
It seems that everybody is using this thread to have a pop at the MOD's and that I feel is wrong it should be used to sort out the problems by talking them through and this is not being done
This should be the rule not just being able to abuse the MOD's as I accept that the job is hard but they should be held accountable and this is all i'am trying to do
if this is wrong then tell me your reasons

Normaly you can't rebuy if people waiting, this afternoon i could a couple times rebuy, so that means there is nobody waiting. That was the system always.
Today Keywest would play and he banned me because he said people waiting. So i was playing a game, and he banned me, unbelievable.
I think he wanne play with some friends or somthing like that, because i do nothing wrong. I was playing, nobody waiting because i could rebuy, and he kick me out.!!
I play almost everyday, people don't stand up, everyday the same shit, i was playing, and kick me out. All the other time's people waiting you can't rebuy. So this is so unfair from keywest. I'ts him you need to ban. He play's at two tabels the same time, intimidated people en kicks them out/banned them if he self wil play.
Do you call this a fair mod???

As I pointed out to you numerous times last night, along with Keywest and Rossi, YOU CAN REBUY! You rebought whilst people were waiting, as you say, several times.
Mods and CMs are allowed to play at all 7 tables if they so wish, because we are here to keep order so if there isn't a mod there, they can go there to keep the peace!
He is there to do a job and he does a very good job indeed.
I have to say, again, as I said last night on the table to you, I had a lot of respect for you under your previous name. I did believe you were a genuine, mature player. I also stated that had you come straight here and appealed, I would have supported you in trying to have your account reinstated.
Now, there is no chance. Signing up with a name like 'keyhater' and accusing a mod of being selfish when you are the only person who has been selfish is ridiculous. I have to say you have gone down in my estimations and I have lost all the respect I had for you before this!
I personally believe that keywest was very rational with you last night and that you did not deserve the opportunity to be rude towards him for so long. You should have been muzzled earlier IMO. This is hardly unfair on key's part as he gave you the opportunity to settle your differences before you were muzzled.
I for one do not believe you deserve to play here full stop, let alone have your old account unbanned!

I do find it very hypocritical that mods and cm's alike go on and on about caps, yet many still use caps in general conversation.....
I dont want to point fingers and start a he said she said, but that situation causes alot of heated moments....
Now iam admin of my own site and i know its a hard enough job along with everything else, but situations like these can be avoided with the same rules throughout??

The problem is JDMan, mods and CMs sometimes need to use the CAPs in order to keep control of the table.
The larger text is used for emphasis and to grab users' attention when needed. This is the same reason that we do not like users using CAPs.

i feel victimized by u yesterday evening i warned u fair and square you decided not to listen and heed the warnings given to u.
I think that I am a good mod others have comented that i am 1 of the best (no names but u know who u r thankyou) I am fair and paitent but i wont be harrassed I give alot of my spare time to this site and give my time freely so others may also enjoy the site.
A cm came and told me of ur behaviour at the tbls and lost his seat in line at the time so he wasnt happy either because he had to rejoin at the back of the Q. I came to c wat the problem was I was playing on tbl 6 at the time i spent a good 5 minuites at ur table watching ur inconsidarate selfish actions towards other people that were paitently waiting and asking u to stand up. when you disregarded the ppl that were asking u to stand i asked u to rejoin the Q as there were only 4 or 5 players in the Q.
when u kept on rebuying an didnt heed the warnings given i felt the need to remove u so others may enjoy this site its not too hard to stand is it? then later on when u returned under another name volkswagon u slanderered me till u were blue in the face to all the other players i was very paitent with you and the cms that were at the tbl repeatedly told u that u were unfair and callous to do wat u did and also in the way that u spoke to me, it wasnt until 2 other mods came namely vacan and rossi that u were muzzled because u were being so petty and upsetting the ppl at the tbl even gasmandan had had enuff and banked over 90,000 worrth of chips and said im going to another tbl because i cant b doing with this.
i suggest u read the rules b4 making any posts and if i c u at the tbls u will b banned again 4 the use of this username its not practical
and by the way NO SWEARING ON THE FOURM OR ON THE SITE
ITS NOT BIG AND ITS NOT CLEVER
these events are a truely justified ask urself if u were waiting in the Q how would u feel if u couldnt get a game because of ppl continuly rebuying

To destroy the game for all the players at a table is selfish. This is exactly what you did today when you were at my table and I am not happy about it.
I am glad you were banned under that name. I warned you numerous times about the name and you wouldn't have it.
