ginger. What you don't realise is that I spent probably over an hour between last night and today trying to help him, as CMJohnnyB and Keywest would tell you.
Maybe so but trust me, when you are trying to deal with an issue and somebody is not listening to you, it gets VERY annoying.
Anyway, as a result of all this stupid arguing, I have resigned as CM. Maybe I am not cut out for it or, maybe as a CM asking for support off a moderator and not getting it (although I understand why they are refusing to do moderating for the night), just really is too much for me.
You can argue till you are blue in the face. CMs seem a great idea but, without the full backing of the mod team or muzzling powers, it won't work, as I have found out.
I am hereby chipleaderish until Deukie is sorted out and things settle down. If I want my CM account back and if the mods want me back, I may decide it is for the best to use my CM account again, but definitely not as things are at the moment!

Hey, Ive just been banned, for the life off me Ill never know why, Dobboflez can throw insult after insult and still be playing I get banned for sayin "stop playin poker" after a mod said "Danduriez: RIGHT STOP WHT YOUR DOING OR BE BANNED OR MUZZLED!!" I thought they wanted us to stop playin to they cud all talk to us and I get banned for it.

What gives you the right to ruin my poker games all day along with many others? One player just resigned from the table because he was fed up with you going on constantly. I resigned from my position for the same!

Hi
Ive been banned for no apparent reason.
I took too long to stand up at one game, but it could not have been any more than 10 seconds. I was writing a quick, 1 line msg at thend of the hand and I was booted before I finished. There was no warning or anything... not a single person asked me to stand up.
This is completely unfair and unwarranted.
I just want to play some poker, please hook me up.

I checked the chat. Seriously, not a single word was uttered... warnings have happened in the past in one of the first games I played, simply bc I was green and didnt know. But I left the table in time so no harm, no foul.
But not this time...Honestly, not a single warning was issued... there was absolutely not enough time to even issue one.
Just bc you say it is unlikely, that does not make it true. And judging from the other forums around here, and the problems that seem to arise with the power abuse of moderators.. Id say my statement holds more merit than not.
So, if you can review the incident, please do. This is unjust and I would just like to play some poker. If I really didnt think I had a case... I honestly wouldnt bother... but it is more a matter of principle now.

No, I have no witnesses.. I have no idea who the mod was.. it all happened so fast. If someone would have said something, I would have remembered their name. I was only in for a few hands bc I was betting pretty loose and losing fast... so I dont recall who the mod was.
