Post in this thread if you want a moderator to look out for a certain player that has behaved badly.

The moderator will however not take action against the player unless he/she himself sees bad behavior from that player.

If anyone posts a thread that complains about a certain player in a thread other than this it will be deleted.

As one of the newer mods you have appointed i find myself in the situation some times that a player has forgot to stand and you know he/she did not mean to do it. Is it not possible that the mods get a third option of REMOVE so that the player is not banned.

great idea once i lost connection and got banned . i got reinstated after telling emil.like you said you cms tend to know the regulars and would be great if you had this option .

As I understand it a fee is paid to pluginpoker.com for usage of the software. From their website:

I don't really see a reason why they can't add a "kick" option to remove someone from the table without banning them totally. It's just a matter of convincing them to...

Emil has tried constantly to pluginpoker to try and get a kick function, although he has failed in most attemps. It seems 1 person isn't enough for them to change the software around.. So, the kick function isn't possible.

No CMjockney they should not be banned for expressing opinions but Deukie is not expressing opinions he is stirring the waters to try and make them muddy in other words he is trying to cause trouble.

I was there when he got the original ban from keywest and i remember thinking that he deserved it if for nothing els than his attitude.

I was also there when he started on CMchiplish and quite honstly if I had been a mod he would have been banned that day, his attitude was belligerent argumentative and he would not leave well enough alone several times I thought that I had managed to calm the 2 of them down and got the argument stopped only to have Deukie start up again.

In my opinion Deukie is a trouble maker who glories in the attention he is getting and revels in the trouble he can cause and should be banned and repeatedly banned untill he stops coming to this site.

there is nothing in the rules about peoples'attitude'...
we have players from all walks of life on this site, and just because he may be a bit childish in his behaviour ,useing no foul language and not been abusive, this does not warrent an instant ban..

and surley it take's two to have an arrgument, if this member deukie is trying to start an arrgument, just ignore the sittuation....
banning is the last opptioncertainly not the first.........



and yes i am aware, keywest banned deukie before, also i am aware he has been banned of the forum before,but that was for somthing totaly different , and not because a CM or MOD thought his attitude was inapropriate..

please guys this is not correct, this is a sure fire way to give CM's and MOD's a truley bad reputation.....

He fired up because he didnt understand the stand up rule.If the msg that I posted in recent forum's had been copied and pasted,duekie would never have been so dirty in the first place.
So in ending most of the time if a player is dirty at mod it's because he\she did not understand the reason they where banned.

Yes,Willy, you are very correct. The reason I have asked for action is because he is trying to drag up something from the past, which caused a lot of tension on the forums and tables.

There was no need for it and it was a direct attack at myself, which you may not understand if you haven't read the other posts which I refer to.

I am sure keywest and GM will understand what I am getting at here. If they think action needs taking, that is good. If not, this will probably spiral out of control if Deukie thinks that once again he can get away with it.

Yes I understand the situation.He was dirty because he was banned for something he didnt understand.
He made a new name and kept asking for his his old name and account to be returned and then he blew his top I had played with him before and he never did re-buy.Why he did it that night was because he could.
I deal with people allday everyday who dont speak english well and I dont speak there language very well.I know how frustrating it is when you cant understand or be understood.
If you explain to duekie not to do it he will understand if it's explained to him properly.

NORTHSTAR. I accept I was wrong to jump the gun but felt I had the right to because I assumed it was talking about the situation that occured between danduriez and I.

I do play alongside him. I said when it happened I used to enjoy playing with him, and I played with him last night and enjoyed it and got on with him.

That is why I was disappointed to see him having a go about my 'codes' and I understand where the confusion came from now.
