with all do respect, I dont know why u muzzled me? u dont even give me a chance to hear my side. I have complained about POKERSTAR attack in me to several MODs every time he comes to site just check above cut and paste from gegs. He called fag many times nothing was done a bout that at least ask many players such as Ynott12, brez ,kimmy, gegs and even MOD_flyingfinn and many others have wittnesed his trash talk to me. So plz check with many players who know me and ask them how long this guy been running his flithy mouth.
I have put up with his flithy mouth for 2 months

Hello All, MOds, friends,
But this site must be joking... to muzzle ace777 after all the crap that has been handed out to him by the likes of pokerstar and his friends and after repeated calls to do somthing about it, Ace is the one who ends up getting muzzled, this needs to be looked into ASAP.

i was not present at the table when the above incident happened so will not presume as to question your actions or reasons for taking them
This is a direct question however to Mod Daniella and i would really appreciate a reply...
In the light of your recent thread regarding defamation of character,and the swift action that you promised would follow, could you please see the above posts i made about pokerstars.
if accusing somebody of offering the services of their posterior on a street corner in return for pastry products isnt defamation then I dont know what is. Kimmy promised that pokerstars would be dealt with and it would appear that nothing has been done. Because of this inaction,another player (Ace 777) has been muzzled because he could no longer bite his tongue and ignore repeated insults towards him. As I said above, i have witnessed this prolonged attack upon him for weeks and he has done well to refrain from retaliating up until today.
Please reply to this point Daniella, all most of us want to see is a little consistency. If ace deserved his muzzle,then so be it. But surely pokerstars deserves at least the same punishment.

I wasn't at the table when ace777 was muzzled so I won't comment on the reason for it. But I can tell you, that for the last few weeks Pokerstars has bullied, browbeaten and belittled Ace777 at every given opportunity.
Pokerstars would sit down and get stuck into him straight away....your a loser, what a fag, homo....etc etc. it's just relentless. every time ace777 loses a hand he has to withstand a barrage of abuse from pokerstars..this has encouraged the weaker minded players at the table to get into him as well..you know like sheep.
Ace777 has been extraordinarally patient throughout these attacks and
if this muzzle is a result of Ace777 finally losing his temper with pokerstars then it's a terrible result considering the history and circumstances surrounding this event. If this is the case then I think unmuzzling Ace777 and giving Pokerstars a warning would be the appropiate thing to do.

I have posted on the moderators forum regarding you & POKERSTAR231 for other moderators to have a look.
As you have pointed out I have witnessed the actions of POKERSTAR231 towards you.
However, regarding your muzzle that is only up to the moderator that took the action to muzzle you whether or not it can be lifted.

Your log was posted, and results did indeed happen.
You did exactly what any good citizen would do, and admin handled it accordingly.
Each and every complaint logged -no matter the nature- is discussed and dealt with, in chronological order.
I'm not sure what you are asking of me...so please do elucidate?

If my muzzle must stay in place let it be. After weeks of abuse and insults I was forced to make these comments. Two other players still doing insults to me every day fcuk555 and maxi. My question where were u MODs when they were insulting and still insulting me every day. I think maxi and fcuk555 must be muzzled as well for fairness sake. have a good day. Ace

thanks for reply love...
because the normal members of the site do not get to see the results or decisions made in the moderators forum i was interested in finding out if pokerstars had been banned for his persistent bullying or for the fact that and i quote " i was banned for playing two tables at once".
all i was suggesting (and indeed you do mention chronologically) was that if the punishment had been issued to pokerstars timeously then ace 777 wouldnt have got himself in hot water owing to the fact that the other party would have been banned or muzzled and no longer able to goad him..

In other words, stating something which has no founded truth towards another player for the sole purpose of other people thinking the worst of them...is libelous, and will not be tolerated on this site.
Too many people have been a victim to such rumors, and all it causes is grief, chaos and an exorbitant amount of drama. Too many people have been falsely accused of cheating on this site...simply due to some sort of "sour grapes" mentality.
If any player is the victim of this kind of slander, or if you witness such a thing happening to anyone -please report it to a moderator...via posting the chat log in the 'Moderator Attention" thread.
We will not tolerate any kind of rumors being spread around -and any person found at fault for doing such a thing will be banned from this site.
This is not about the MSN mess, this is about certain people thinking that spreading such rumors is a good way to handle their anger towards another.
I assure you, all it will cause is a ban.
Daniella, just logged on to a table and pokerstars is playing....so no ban????
What is the point of posting warnings as you did above if we as members cant have faith in them?
I know that the post was referring to allegations of cheating but it WAS posted under the general umbrella of defamation so i will now ask again...is accusing somebody of selling their bottom defamation or not?

May I just answer the issue regarding POKERSTAR231.
You will see in Complaints & Appeals that he has had his ban lifted, but he has been muzzled.

This (and any other, for that matter) decision is up to the moderators involved, and the admin himself.
Please do not use a forum as a tool to make redundant grievances which have already been heard, contemplated and decided upon.
If one persists upon using this forum in that vein, a ban from the forum will duly be acted upon.

I totally agree with petey.Ace777 is the problem and we can see the effect on the table since his muzzle there are no incidents or arguments.Everyone plays his game and are happy.I request to keep him muzzled so that we can play without any incidents.

it's not wonka its woosh i mean... sori CMwonka says there is nothing in the rules about peoples'attitude'...
we have players from all walks of life on this site, and just because he may be a bit childish in his behaviour ,useing no foul language and not been abusive, this does not warrent an instant ban.. he immediately banned me without any consideration.

aw sori for that. i sincerely apologized. Sori if didnt stand despite several warnings. cause timing i was at the CR urinating when he warning me. And i do it cause there is nothing at the table we are little playing... But all the rules and policy i always follow it and im a silent type of person... i love to play this poker cause it helps me to bring back the joy and its only my past time to play... i hope u lift my banned who ever banned me.
