hi i am new to the site as of last night. i made a screen name (smartguy) and played very happly chatting mind you for about 12 hours with minor bathroom brakes and cig. brakes.i met another person from california like myself. i dont recall his name at this moment but im sure i could get it for you. we became friends and played on table 2 the Whole night with no problems from anyone or anything! at this point some rude people came into the room to join the game when someones score hit 0.i myself have had no problem the whole time i was playing i understand that everyone deserves a turn and should take turns with eachother. but when the rude select few came into the room and refused to get up time and time again for about 2-3 hours. i became fed up with it. so instead of them just takeing a place at the table and not playing i wouldn't get up untel they left the room. at this point i would respectfuly get out of the chair and let a curtious person take the place. natraly this upset them so they perseaded to get a mod. in the room knowimg full well i am brand new here and i wouldnt pay attention to what a "mod" says because i thought it was a bluf. with this in mind when the "problems" stoped being agressive twords me and they calmed down i respectfuly got out of my chiar.when i re-entered the table again i could no longer speak with anyone and i do not feel this action is very just! i understand know where the mod. could see me as defient because of the situation he became involved with during the time. so if you could please lift the mussle restriction! thank you for your time and understanding if there are any other questions you may have for me just ask and i will do my best to get you the info!

i understand you are new to the site so welcome friend.
right then,
I was the person who went to get a moderator from another table, at the time i asked you six times to please stand, all you kept saying was ''no other people have so why should i'', this went on for a good 10 mins because i could not locate any mods. when i did speak to a moderator, it was on MSN,I asked woosh to ban you straight away, but he asked the question ''ban or muzzle...?'', muzzle was agreed for one week, after this you will be able to speak again. personaly for the way you went on i feel as though you got of lightly. members have been banned for a lot less my friend. BUT if you want me to speak to the owner on your behalf, i will.

Just to keep you informed my friend,you were banned because you were sitting at the table, not playing. You were asked a number of times to stand/play.(you maybe were'nt at the pc). the moderator had no choice but to eject you from your seat,(resulting in a ban). BUT.because you have no history of disruption your ban will be lifted when the owner returns from a holiday(easter weekend),this is only possible because the mod who banned you said ''it may be lifted''.

if you went all in and lost,you would have been sitting at the table with no money in front of you, a moderator of this site would have asked you to stand. The mod would have asked you on more than one occasion, if you refused to stand,(which you did,cause you wer'nt there), The moderator would have given you a count down, then would have had no option but to eject you from your seat.resulting in a ban.
Can i suggest that you reregister using a different email address,and a different user name..IE mikey1477.

can you not kick ppl instead of banning them dose that not make more sense as i was not gone more than 30 sec and y should i have been baned and lose all the money i had just cos some power mad person couldnt give me 30sec it is unfair that i lost out

im sorry matey, i strongly disagree that a ''power mad person could'nt give you 30 seconds''. for starters how was the moderator suposed to know your were at the toilet,for all the moderator knew you just were'nt there and you wer'nt returning.
plus if the site is busy you must stand when all your chips are gone.
Going back to your first comment, no there is not a function in place were a moderator can ''just kick people out'',but it may be worth looking into by the person that runs the site.
Hope this does not put you off from returning under a different name friend.

i dont know how long ive had the muzzle its just that i noticed that i could not talk to people and irratated me because no mods warned me and i did not do anything just some person that doesent care about anyone..........johan

peanuts
i strongly believe that she was unlawfully banned.
based upon the information of a fellow poker player i would say,bring her back...
however,i dont know peanuts or who banned her
but please,look into it/bring her back

Willy, you seem to be the man with the answers mate...
would you please explain why every time pokergenious sits at a table he is automatically muzzled......
despite this muzzle being lifted on a number of occasions as soon as he re-sits it is in operation again without any reason or explaination...
