me n my family share accounts i have alot only because they've all bin bin banned. me n my brother share accounts which in the rules clearly does not state that it is not aloud to share accounts. so right there for all the people that all of our names is not one person. one more thing every other name we made got banned with no mod claiming who banned it. also i would like to have that checked out, if i may ask aint that a requirement. i think it should be if it is not. now if i may talk to emil. wonka you are a forum mod. you gotta help the players.

surely this should answer a lot of your questions, maybe you should re-think about the way in which you conduct your self on the tables.
im aware of many members and there families with multiple accounts and they are not encountering problems like yourself.
how about opening up another account, and not telling anyone who you are....!!!

mr.wonka there was no reason for the bans that is my concern. after that i made a new account asked toxy if banned my account and after that i was muzzled. that is my whole point i would like to figure out who banned my account. thats all of my concern, now toxy is on table-omaha.. if you will can u please speak to her about it.

i can assure you, as toxy already has, CMtoxy did not ban your account, her account will not allow her to ban....(at the moument)
As far as i am concerned, finding out the person who banned you will have no significance on the outcome.
please can i clarify,
your account will not be un-muzzled.
please make a new user name and email address.

hrllo good day..
i am tryng to connect again inthe table but i cant connect i try to off my firewall but i cant connect still. is there something wrong?? is there an IP ban again??

try updating ur plugin player. if not the firewall or the player u may very well have been banned (sorry to say). But usually when ur banned u get a message. Something like "Sorry but u have been banned".

the 2 main things to try are disabling ur firewall and updating ur plugin player. Otherwise u may verywell be banned. Typically, u get a message like "Sorry but you have been banned". but some dont get tthis message for whatever reason. The process for being unbanned is just as u have done. Put in an appeal right here. But may I suggest that if its ur first day that u simple open a new acct with a different e-mail address?

Emil thks for your quickly reply, i've fallowed your instructions and update my flash player, my firewall have being always off but for somehow when i clic the tables it just won't do anything, let me know if i am no longer banned i wich case i'll then have to create a new email. thks again.

I had to ban you yesterday, because you did not stand when you ran out of chips. I did ask you to stand quite a few times and as there were people waiting to come onto the table I had to ban you.
May i suggest that you create a new email address and rejoin the site again. But please remember to stand when you have lost your chips.
As you are new to the site may I also suggest that you have a quick look at the rules,to avoid this happening again.

Could you please lift the ban on TheDevilToad?
i have been usimg this site for well over a year, my chips were over 100000.
Iwas banned because boozybird (a modulator) thought i had rebought wen other paople were waiting. this was not the case as i tried to explain to Boozybird. Boozybird was not willing to accept this and was quite aggressive and banned me quickly.
I feel it very unfair.
in the future i will stand straightaway regardless of wether i feel i should have to or not.

Yes I did ban you for rebuying, And l tried to explain to you for over 15 minutes when you came back the reason why I did ban you. I was in no way aggressive towards you and I can assure you that there was no empty seats when you rebought. If there was you would have not been banned.
I dont like banning unless i have too. and when you stated that i was quick to ban, two hands were played while i was asking you to stand.
I advise players to stand and sit again even if theres an empty seat because it is quicker and you dont miss a hand, when you rebuy you always miss the first hand.
However I have no problem with you being unbanned as long you follow the rules and dont rebuy again unless theres an empty seat. Your request will be posted in the mod forum to have the ban lifted.

The way you describe the events of your ban are very misleading my friend, boozybird would never ban a member unless it was absolutely necessary. also she is never aggressive... towards anyone,
As boozybird said your request has been posted on the mod forum, this may take a few days to sort out..

Its not really a conmplaint or an appeal but.. like i said, i aint the brightest bulb in the box, and having CM in front of mods nams confuses me.. They COULD have MOD or summat in front of their name.. Just a mindless rambling thought of marthas brain ..

And again... I do not think this is a complaint or an appeal but i dont think it is appropriate for a new thread.. I sign in as nomal and everything, but when i press on a table it will not let me onto it... it just keeps saying connecting to server.. i aint been banned have i?! Ask anyone that i aint abusive or anything..!! Or is it just my connection?

ref phil85........i was on the table when this incident occured and boozy gave him lots of chances to stand..phil85 just went in to denial and would not admit he rebought (which he did).......his post against boozy is very untrue to say the least.....accept what you did phil85 and dont try to besmirch the fairest mod n the site.
