Thanks Wonka, i just want to make something clear though. I am not saying the mod did a mistake in banning me as it appeared like i was refusing to stand up and therefore he (like you said) had no choice but ban me. However, i believe that there is no need to keep the ban now that the exact circumstances of the ban are understood i.e. ' that i closed the window and it only APPEARED like i haven't stood up, even though i LEFT the room.'
Once again i would like to stress that i am NOT BLAMING the mod for banning me, but i believe that the ban should be lifted because of the circumstances previously mentioned.
On a different note, i think that a player should automatically be made to stand up if he loses all his chips. It is annoying for everyone and causes unnecessary bans like mine.

poker, everyone does, but sadly plugin poker doesnt have an auto stand, but closing the window and have u stand wuld be nice

BB and Poker,
Emil has sent to the software maker a suggestion to create and new code for the moderators that will move them from the seat without having to Ban them. I am glad you understand that it was neccesary to do so. We dont like to ban, but until the new code, its all we can do. you may have said, but I dont have time to look back, but was this on Omaha? All the other tables, if you close the screen while seated, it does auto-stand you after the end of the hand. I only ask because I haven't tested the omaha table yet. there are a few glitches on it though.

p.s. I dont have you on my list so I dont think it was me that banned you, but if no other mod has an objection, I dont see why it couldnt be lifted.

yeh it was on Omaha, that must be the problem..coz i usually play texas holdem and i didnt get any problems by closing the window instead of pressing 'stand up'. So i guess you should test omaha..

I am not complaining i have been unfairly treated because i can understand how it may of looked. I've been having some problems with my laptop which causes it to shut down spontaneously. It did this earlier and have just rebooted to find it wont let me play in any rooms. Ask any CM im not renound for this and can only appologise. So in conclusion would it be possible to unban me cuz i play on here all the time and has been hell not being able to play tonight! thanks, joeynitro

are u getting the "sorry you have been banned" message? there has been alot of issue with ppl getting table up and it just says "connecting to server" on the bottom of screen

You know what Little Man Aiden...grow up. A mod saw what you wrote and banned you because of that...not because word of mouth. You get treated here like you treat others and the things you have posted and said are ridiculous. I dont like you and I really dont give a S**t what u say about me. Why dont you go to another site and cry there. Im sure they will be glad to have you. Good luck with that.

in response to aiden howarth anyone who says the things he did about another persons mother deserves more than just a ban! The things you said about my mother were well over the mark! come pay me a visit if you wanna say stuff like that! I'd be more than happy to teach you a lesson you will never be able to forget! and as for being friends with people here yes i am but i have been banned several times and muzzled more times than i care to remember

may i answer your comments about aiden howarth, under no circumstance will this players account be unbanned. if he registers under a new account, then it will be only a matter of time before that also gets banned.
