Mod_woosh wasn't paying attention when i was rebuying he only banned me when he saw kobejames say no rebuys and kobe was just playing around and woosh thought i rebought because all seats were filled by the time he started paying attention and saw comment so he banned me

ACE777...i'll stand up and say i was one of the players who has copmlained about ur actions at the tables. If u will endure just a couple of sentences, u may see urself y the muzzle is fair. Part, only part, of my complaint about u had to do with ur bully session vith vette. U say u only provoke other players to make the game more interresting. If this were true, u would have had no problem issuing a simple apology when i asked u too and told u how wrong what u did was. If it meant nothing to begin with and it was all in the interest of the game...an apology wouldn't have mattered. U proved urself to be a liar as well as a bully with that one dude and I for 1 support the muzzle 100%. Although i know my place and my opinion doesn't really carry much weight, an apology might show that u r at least willing to try not to be the crude, arrogant, bullying, crass, sexist u have come across as. I wish u luck and hope ur on-line persona is far different than ur real life.

I am not defending Ace, but I believe this "other player" is of such fragile mind that they should be banned for their own protection. Nobody should start crying over comments made in a chatroom - that is top of the iceberg pathetic. It doesn't get any more ridiculous than that!

I'm sorry friend, but some times comments can be just as hurtful as physical violence...
people play on here from all walks of life, people must treat other members with respect at all time and all this 'trash talk' should be abolished.

I know your saying its the Omaha table, but no one else seems to have the problem your having.
you must stand after you loose your chips, even if you shut your PC down, you must stand friend.

I think you are misunderstanding a lot of things, my friend. The fact that i have been banned twice withing a short period of time is irrelevant because it is because of a problem in thefreepokerroom system which should be fixed! Both times that i have been banned were unfair and i deserve an appology for them.
The fact that no one else is having the same problem is also irrelevant, because it is nevertheless a problem in the system - coolhandluke even admitted it. In fact I am sure that a lot of players are getting banned for this reason - you are not getting any complains because it is frustrating to ask for the ban to be lifted and be treated like you're guilty etc...
Of course you have the power to ban me and refuse to lift my ban even though there is no reason for your decision but if you want to regain atleast some of my respect and be thorough as a moderator, please lift my ban.
My friend it does not make any sense whatsoever to refuse to unban a player and then tell him to make a new account! If you make a decision to ban someone, you should follow through and make sure that player never comes back (pc ban). By telling me to make a new account, you are showing me that the only reason you dont want to unban me is because you are lazy to do so. Why else would you allow me to make a new account...?
...for all those who are having a similiar problem with moderators and being banned, i advise you to play at ***********************

woooow there fella, firstly i have had to edit your post, the forum rules clearly state 'no advertising'.
secondly after your ban was reinstated, i advised you to stand after you lose all your chips, this would stop it happening again, but you chose to ignore my advice,

how can you say there were unfair, as far as the moderators were awaer you have taken up a seat and been totally unresponsive, so what do expect them to do, just leave you sitting there...? come on friend i gave you more credit than this.

Nonsense. One always has the option of looking away or paying no attention to comments made in a chatroom. A sensible person would simply dismiss any racist comments made in a chatroom as being "idiotic", and pay no more attention to the person who is spouting such rubbish.
I think it insulting to link physical violence to something as trivial as crying over a comment made in a chatroom. Whoever that was, needs to grow up, as there's a million things worse in life than being called a few names in an internet chatroom!

can i bring your attention to a little episode we had about two month ago, a member called 'an544r' was posting filth on the forum,this was deemed as unacceptable behavior and was banned. but what your saying is ''hey its not a problem after all we don't have to read it........!!!!!''
as i said in my opinion verbal and mental abuse can be as hurtful as physical abuse.

If I recall ur problem correctly, u had closed screen without standing or something. That does remove u from table. There is a little glitch on Omaha which all mods r aware of where u stand but it shows u still seated. Since we ALL know this, we take extra care when banning from that table. We also have other ways to know if u DID in fact try to stand from that table.

Let me start by offering my a apologies to any one I have offended here for the past 2 months. I did not mean any harm to any one here but it seems like many of you having a hard time to ununderstand where I am coming from. Then I will address each one of you who made posts about me.

As to the real life thing thank you for much my bullying paid greatly for me I command a company that does $80 millions in sale volume a year and has a 120 employees and I can afford to go to Vegas 3-4 times a year to play real poker. So man "GET A LIFE" what more can I see.

It is forbidden to rebuy unless there is a free seat at the table. You must stand up and join the queue again if you lose all your chips.
You can ask whitowldutches, kobejames, Ace or anyone else who was at table there was an OPEN seat at the table when i rebought that was quickly filled the second after i rebought.
I have no reason to lie about it and personally think this is ridiculous that one persons word is better than everyone elses that was at the table.

let me start by saying thank you. i fell truly honored that i recieved as lengthy a response as luke did. you must REALLY have something to prove here. i guess i must be special. i do thank you sincerely though for your apology for your behavior at the tables, but there are a couple things u need to keep str8 dude. #1...woosh never told any1 to shut up...he didn't take sides....he difused the situation. end of story. #2..... i never claimed to ask u anything "nicely". i simply said i asked; but then it's obvious u read and interperet what u want to here. #3....as for ur company, cogradulations. there IS a place and time for all things and based soley on ur claims, u have done well with that. but how sad is it u feel your monetary worth makes any difference what ppl think of u. lastly.... so far as being "put up" to anything; i don't have strings but let's b honest...wouldn't u stand up 4 a friend? i have many here and would do the same thing 4 any wihtout ever being asked. hope u can understand that.

ace if you have so many friends on the site who think your trash talk makes the game fun then may i suggest you sit at a table with them and trash talk each other all you want have a ball and leave all the rest of us out of your abusive comments. as for vette 59 i have played at many tables with her and have never seen her argue with anyone in fact when a table starts getting out of control she never says anything and simplly leaves so i assume you had her trapped at a tourney table where she had to put up with your abuse use some tact !
