Hello Silent.
Please refrain from posting in all caps on the forum (This rule applies at the tables, as well)
You were banned for being out of chips and sitting at a full table. I'll put in a request to have your account un-banned. This process may take a few days, so please be patient.
Please remember that when you have lost your chips, you must stand immediately at a full table. People could very well be in queue.

wonka i think ur find if u read properly i was telling him he was in the wrong thread and to stop posting random things and if i want to help a fellow player i will no mod was here so i helped him and u cant stop that so dont whine like a baby and get on with playing ty.

well it does matter i left the guy for 10 mins to let a mod help him but when he never got a response i thought i would tell him wat he can do in the mean time cos wat u didnt see was him writing loads of random stuff cos he wanted to play so i told him how he cud play i wasnt deaing with anything i was just helping a fellow player and if a situation like that arises again i would help them again some people call it courtesy but obviously wonka seems to think they should just be ignored.

You're jumping to conclusions, wonka does not think they should be ignored.
Moderators cannot be on at all times, people never get ignored we deal with it when we can.
Complaints & appeals is a thread for moderators to help members, answer their questions & give them the correct information.

Hello this is MasterSplinter and ive been gagged or muzzled for no reason what so ever! probably as ajoke or something but i always stand, never swear and abide by all your rules and haven't broken or wish to brake any! So please can you 1st give me an explanation as to why ive been muzzled and 2nd please un-muzzle me thank you... ps, ive not even been online to get muzzled, i only just noticed that no one could hear me when i started to say hello to friends like Mod hype... Mod jonhnyB... Sorry if im coming across as rude but im just baffled as to why no1can hear me and im sure you would be to, thanks again...

Ok thank you CMwonka... Im sure its happend by accident coz 1day i played for an hour then i went off line then next time i logged on i was muzzled..lol very strange but accidents happen if they've muzzled me instead of some1else...

wen i play on a table time to time my screen freezes and the chips r stuck in the middle and i cant see any of da bets. please can u introduce the system wer u can refresh n ur still in like in the tourney

Sorry mate I had to remove you from a table, you were sitting there for sometime and people were asking you to stand. I gave you the full procedure to get you to stand, But you didnt.
So yes you are banned but if you request it to be lifted I have no problem with that.

wen u r on the table screen n u want to press refresh n see ur money it is very risky as the reset chips to 1000 is very close to it. can u do someting so that this isnt so near
