hey chania if u dont mind me butting in i had a problem that sounds similar and i simply just had to allow pop ups and i was in. i dont no if this will work 4 u but its just a suggestion.

I have a big problem and i need someone to help me if it is possible. I had a nickname "micek" and i have earned about 500 000 on that nickname. A few days ago i had to format my computer and i lost evrything. i tried to get my password on my email but it was also erased. Can anyone here help me and tell me my password for username "micek"??? If not i would have to start from 1000 and would not play this anymore. Thank you all for helping me!!!!

kimmy you helped a lot already but i will need a little more help from you because i don t understand very good how things work here. i have clicked on URL you gave me and there i have to write a name and mail and a message. do i have to write my new name and new email(my old one is also erased) and ask in the message my password for the "micek" account??? if not please explain. thank you very much once more!

In the name part please put "micek"
In the mail part please put the email address you are currently using, this will be the email address Emil will reply back to you.
In the message part please say what name you are using at the moment & explain your problem with your password & also include the email address that you signed up your "micek" account with. Emil will need to know this to be sure that you are infact "micek" & to be able to check for your password.

hi there please can i have the ban lifted on my and my friends accounts? (jigsyjr and LuckyCharms) we have been having internet problems and both use my computer and we were unable to stand and ended up getting banned. thanks.

I don't know if I have been banned, but when I try to get on a table it reads "error on page". If I have been banned, I don't know what for, or who complained. I love this poker site and wouldn't do anything to get banned from it. If I am banned, please let SpencerQ back on.

How do I replenish after I go all in and lose???

could i get my ban lifted ( N3W9222 ), i honestley didnt know about rules of standing and re buying etc, i am new to the game and was banned for not standing - (i didnt even realise there was a queue)
I have read the rules now, you can check that my profile's only a day or two old, and it wont happen again

i was at the table when N3W9222 was banned and he ignored repeated requests to stand , all the time now on the site people are saying
' i didnt know the rules ' and getting away with it..... what about just keeping them banned ?????? funny how they keep rebuying and keep quiet and only complain once a ban has been put on them.

It is up to the moderator that has banned anyone whether or not that person deserves a second chance...
But anyone who has had a ban/muzzle lifted once cannot have it done a second time.
