But please remember it is only up to that moderator whether or not you can have your muzzle lifted.

kimmy for what it's worth tonikchik is a really sweet lady. She's really upset about being muzzled and is embarrassed and frustrated about not being able to partake in the niceties of table play. You know the kind of thing N1, wp, hello. She was a bit tipsy and made an error of judgement and has been embarrassed and frustrated ever since.
I know you'll find it hard to believe but even I overstep the mark occasionally and am fortunate that the warnings given have been heeded but ther but for the grace of god go I. Please stress to whichever mod muzzled her that she will not transgress again. Keep up the good work x

i was at the table only a couple of moments when he started on me for no reason. my daughter sometimes sits with me and watches and i do not need her seeing that.

The moderators decision is, your muzzle will stay in place until the end of the month. Then you can have it lifted.
But please note: If you are muzzled again it will not be lifted for a second time.

I have spoken to MOD_Lambretta, he has said that your muzzle can now be lifted.
However, please note that when another member starts making comments don't buy into it, get a table mod to deal with the situation.
When you are sat at a table please post in either here or the moderator attention thread & a mod will un-muzzle you.

I seem to be muzzled everytime I log in. Can somebody sort this out please or at least give me a reason? I've been playing here for a year and as far as i'm aware i've done nothing wrong?

I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me? First I was banned because, I believe, I was re buying. So I was mad at first because I felt I was being bullied. So I read the rules very closely and this is what I came up with. To begin with I did break one of the rules to start by typing in all caps and was attacked by I dont know who. to my defense the caps thing was an accident when you log in you have to use caps and I forgot to turn it off beforing joining the table. The response I got was not polite or pleasant it was threatening so I went on the defense. Second it clearly states in the rules re buying is only forbidden when there is a waiting list and there was not. Yes it is true my first re buy there was no open seat so I will take the hit for that. How ever when I re bought the second and third time there was an open seat so it was clearly not against any rules. If re buying is forbidden period there should not be an option for it for it is misleading. last ,and although trivial, the person I believe who banned me was swearing at the table so if you are going to uphold rules you need to be above reproach and uphold ALL rules! I do not know who banned me but I would like to have a conversation with this person. Anyway to find out?

Firstly: Moderators do not use threatening behaviour, they use warnings for members to stop breaking the rules.
Secondly: Moderators would not ban unless a rule has been broken & the offending member does not listen to the warnings.
Thirdly: Moderators do not swear.
You were banned for rebuying twice.

It is forbidden to rebuy unless there is a free seat at the table. You must stand up and join the queue again if you lose all your chips. (this should be changed to it is forbidden to re buy...)
Well this one did or someone at the table did. They said and I quote stop being a "smart ass". Like I stated before in the rules it states that re buying is forbidden when a seat is not available however it does not state that there is a limit to re buying. I admitted to the fact that I did re buy the first time at a full table but again in my defense there was no waiting list. I will apologize for that and also the caps. To my knowledge no where in the rules does it explain about "moderaters" and I interpreted the "warnings" as people just being terds. I don't know about all these online bylaws because I am online illiterate I just wanted to play poker to practice for my tourniments and alot of crap talkin goes on there so I thought it was the same way online. I will take this as a very harsh lesson and pay alot more attention to online rules. Wether you take my suggestions to heart or not is completley up to you but just maybe (especially for new members) moderaters might want to say something polite like for the first offense "caps are interpreted as yelling if you could turn your caps off that would be appreciated" for the second offense "re buying is only allowed if there is a seat available, you can and will be banned if you continue to do this" that is a warning not "you have till I count to 5 to stand up" that is not polite or considerate like you claim to want to keep this site.

just apologize, saying you are a newbie, and that you will take care not to repeat, and you will have a good chance to be un-banned.
If you make a fuss, you risk offending a moderator, and you may not get unbanned for a long time.

The software is only rented. We cant make any changes, so its impossible for us to remove the re-buy option. We applied to get it removed, but they will not take it away, because you can rebuy when there is an open seat.
About the warnings : before players are banned for rebuying, they are 3 warnings, like, PLEASE STAND UP no rebuy at full table, or PLEASE STAND UP, ppl are waiting. Then warning if you dont stand up you will be banned, the countdown, and a last warning. We always put the name in the warning as well, so If you didnt see a warning, you know that the other ones are for you as well. AT some tables, the chatbox is used a lot, so it can be that you miss a warning also.
And you have to make the difference between normal players and moderators. Every moderator has MOD_ in front of his name, thats how you can make the difference. If waiting players are insulting you, they will be warned.
