We have already explained why you were both banned.
Both of your names are coming up on the same IP which means you were both in the same place playing at the table, which is completely against the rules.

But since then I have been told by a number of players they do the same. Played against there partners on the same table. Maybe this should be clarrified.

You were banned for rebuying. The moderator who banned you agreed for it to be lifted. Have a look at the site rules please, to avoid any problems in the future, a ban can only be lifted once.

Site is down at the moment. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. The oppropriate people have been notified and I am sure they are working on the issue. In the mean time the site owner has a few other sites to keep us occupied. You will need to create new usernames for either site, if you havent already done so.

This isnt really a complaint but, while waiting for a tourny a message tells us to " you may register for next tourmament when the last player is elimanated ". lol, i think tournament is spelt with an N not an M.... lol easy mistake please foward the $1,000,000 fee i charge for such findings to my account :)
ps could i please be unmuzzled ive been a good boy ( cause i cant talk )lol, have been muzzled now for 3 weeks thanks.

I have posted an appeal in relation to a ban implemented by Moderater Flying Finn but other than an offer of dialogue privately via MSN which I repeat is a facility I do not have and a reply on 29th Oct from Mod Finn confirming the offer of dialogue, an incorrect assertion that I did not take it up and a challanging diagnosis that I "complained" through this channel rather than a quiet chat is hurtful and predjudiced.
I have been polite and courteous throughout all postings, a point acknowledged by the forum and have on repeated occassions requested dialogue via e.mail.
The Moderater on the 29th October seems to be annoyed that anyone has the temerity to even inquire on this site let alone ask for fair play in a relation to a decision. Again as an endorsement of punishment the offer of a chat chat seems to have been withdrawn.
I am puzzled that post enteries on this site from members talk about abuse and other distasteful comments but arbitration seems to be available even to continuous and persistant offenders.
I would therefore wish to make an unconditional request to the site for a contact e.mail address for Moderater Finn so that I can implement a concluding dialogue

hi kimmy, i was i hav just been abused by Bigears1 on omaha table. There was 3 empty seats and i was trying to rebuy,(as i know the rules),
He sad to me "Dlta up", i said "why", then he started saying "****" and said " this is the rule u feacking arse" (in his word). MOD_Grizzle was there you can ask him if you want. Any action???

You will have to speak to MOD_Grizzlee seeing as he was witness to this , I have no control over anything at the tables, the tables mods are the ones you need to speak to.

I was there and Bigears4 did call Dlta a "d**k" I warned Bigears4 for his language but he left so suddenly. If it had carried on I would have muzzled him but as it was just the once I have warned him, if he does swear at anyone again in the future he shall be muzzled. Dlta told me he was going to post it in forum so I said if he did I'd say I was there and saw Bigears4 swear at him.
