Hiya, Im really sorry to evry1 who was playing and was waiting to play at 9pm. I am new and didnt know that I wasnt allowed to re-buy as I had the option box to tick and ticked it. I honestly did not realise and Im sorry. I did try and stand up when I was told that I cannot re-buy, I ticked the stand up box and a red box appeard which said waiting list and I stayed in the room to apologise to everybody but they said that I still hadnt stood up. Admin told me to stand up but I swear to you that the only option I had was to go on the waiting list, there were even 2 empty seats that I could see, and I was not at the table. I apologise again, I just came on this site to learn how to play the game and have some fun and Im sorry to offend anyone. Thanks. Matt

I just want to say thank you for the reply and I did send in a request to the board explaining I only been playing at your game site a week and I did not know I cant rebuy with out standing up when the table is full and I,am SORRY to anyone who was put out for that last nite but it wont happen again since I had another player tell me what I did wrong but I just did not know thanks again and hope everyone has a very merry hoilday season in case I cant get back thanks again and I wish everyone the best of luck playing .
(subject above pertains to me being Banned last week )

just a question since you have our email address isn,t thier a way you could email or send us a message to bring it to our attendsion that were doing something wrong during a game ? or put a 5 minute freeze on the player someway so he can try to fix what ever is wrong or stop what ever it is . I ,am no computer wiz so thats why I,am asking since I been banned and NEVER knew I was doing something wrong by rebuying at the table ?

Unfortunatley the system does not have the abilty to email players.
We do type warnings to let members know that they are breaking a rule in the text box in uppercase. We repeat the warnings three times before a ban is used.
All i can suggest is to look at the link below that explains the rules of the site to help.

But please remember that a ban can only be lifted once.

well than PLEASE lift my ban since this is the first time it happen due to me not knowing I cant rebuy with a full table after all I only been on your site a week so It takes alittle time for anyone to learn your system . but can you rebuy if the table is not full I would like to know is this incorrect ? thanks again . rich

Yes you are allowed to rebuy if theres empty seats at the table, but players must stand when the table is full.
My advice is that it is always best to stand even when the table has free seats than to rebuy, because when you rebuy you always miss the next hand, so it is quicker to stand and sit again.
Unfortunatley admin are away until 7th of December, but a request to unban you has been sent, so it will be a few days before this can be done.
In the meantime you can always set up a new account if you have a different email address (e.g hotmail) then you will be able to access the tables again.

It was i who banned him, I've had no problems with him before, so i believe it was a mistake not standing.
So its o.k by me for him to be unbanned.

no offence tripleX but you've got a reputation for banning people without reason. last year you banned a visually impaired chap who had misplaced his spectacles for a moment and temporarily couldn't see the screen. what's next? are you going to ban a goat from playing because it hasn't got any fingers?

I'm sorry but last year i was new to being a moderator and was a little fast off the mark. now i have abit more experience i give pletty of warnings and the countdown.
At the time of this banning the table was full and there were players waiting, so i had no choice. the last thing i wanted to do was ban him.
And i'm sorry about the chap last year.
No offence but i think i do my job fairly at present. and try to please all members.

I'm sorry but you have already had your ban lifted before so it cannot be lifted a second time.
Bans can only be lifted once.
