This site is not going to work unless us CMs and Mods are a solid team who invest complete faith and trust in eachother.
To doubt one another in the public eye is ridiculous and makes a laughing stock of the moderating and CM team IMO. People are starting to think they can walk all over us, and this will continue to happen.
It seems the majority of CMs, well, ever CM who has posted on the topic I posted, want a PRIVATE forum board/room where we can discuss 'private' issues, such as whether VACAN was in the wrong or not.
I think we need this private room otherwise this Mod and CM team is going to fall to pieces, and it seems that many agree with me on this one.
I hope you can help us out with this!

It is possible although it'll require a bit of administration since every user would have to be added manually.. I'll consider making a private forum, but I am a bit short of time right now due to work (new job in new city, before I didn't have any job) and other things.

Im not been funny ad you can tell me to butt out if you think im interrupting, but this Vacan business is more trouble than he is worth, if you took away his rights as a mod, he may kick off but al this could be over. Just a suggestion. And make him earn it back. I don't have anything againg VACAN, i dont think i have spoke to him neither.

Marthaw. VACAN is a very capable moderator.
His moderating capabilities do not need assessment.

Very well, it was just a suggestion and if you had read it properly and taken it in then, u would see i hvent come across, but is all this worth it.
Like i just suggested it.
And VACAN i hope you saw that i hae nowt against you mate, never saw you on tables i dnt think... see you there!

ANOTHER SUGGESTION
I believe we need flood control.. say a minimum of 1 minute or maybe 30 seconds between each post to help demote posting repeatedly, like Demios is doing right now!
Limit members to 1 post per minute to prevent them swamping the boards!!

i thought this was a grown up site with a grown up game???
from what i see here..well....i have my own opinions.
however,why don't you take it the democratic road?
have elections..yes i might sound silly,but think of it,honest and fair(you'd hope)and let emil check if everything went honestly and then appoint them.
you would get votes from people that actually play with these mods, or could be mods, you would get an honest opinion from all members.
make a list of candidates,have election day and appoint them.
and if you then have problems with like vacan..well you can demote him and let him proove himself again if he wants to be mod again.
(this is just an example)
and please,don't just dismiss this,you know something needs to be done.
this site has a nice future so don't ruin it!!

Look I have played this site for a good few months now. I have never been banned and have always tried to treat people with respect and most importantly have respect for the moderators. There is no need for the abusive comments that are being posted daily on this forum. If anyone feels that they have been treated unfairly they have a right to put their case on this forum. What they don't have a right to do is be abusive while doing it. Some people will have a problem with authority. They will always disagree with the moderators' decisions.

Look. This thread was started for CMs to discuss a suggestion. Keep your arguements else where please. There are other threads for it and if you cannot find one, start one or something, just don't hijack this one!!
