why are mods allowed to use caps in general chat ? danduriez was doing this and he said it was ok as keywest says it shows authority ! mods have a difficult and worthwhile job to and generally do a fine job but for them to tell others to stop and then for certain mods to do it smacks of elitism and sends out a message that if you are mod you can do as you please. i know there is a time when caps are rightfully used by mods but not in general chat , so if its a rule it should be for all and not abused by the few !!!!

I think if there are no new player's at the table such as we were at,well maybe the caps could come off.But people still need to know who the Mod,s are.I think maybe it should be in the rules that only Cm's and Mod's may use caps as alot of the new player's wouldnt know.It must be also explained to the person when they are told not to use cap's.

The way danduriaz was coming on the table was very agressif, we are playing and making fun, everything was fin. Till The moment he came in.
If that's the way mod's doing, please stay away then.
We have never that problem with mod's like Keywest,Northstar,Woosh,Froggy, vacan.
So, i mean that the mod's need also use the rules are doing normal and not make ppl upsaid.

why not have a MOD pre-fix the way they have CM pre-fixes ? but he point is the use caps in general chat.

a moderator not only mods 1 tbl i have all 7 tbs up at once and i go from tbl to tbl every hnd and play @ my own table as well as warn advise ban and muzzle players that dont follow the rules
personally i find that when i come to warn, ban or muzzle sum one it takes alot of time turning caps on and off and still keep ur hnd in a game basicly it saves no end of hassle for me as a moderator but alot or the regulars now recognize a CM or a MOD by the CAPS it gives clear and direct text for warning people and they dont seem to mind.
