It's a losing battle, ynot. You are just going to stroke yourself out. Just refuse to play by their rules. Call things what you want (excepting racism, of course). The people that start this kind of thing have no life and have no friends. They are sad lonely people, looking for vindication and validation in their lives.

If an eskimo wishes to express his/her right not to be called an eskimo then I for one will certainly feel obliged to call him/her something much worse. And why not?
