Hi,
My dad (username: mrernesto1) rang me up today saying he is banned. I checked, and his account no longer allows logins, so it seem that he is.
He's very new to computers but I have spent a lot of time showing him the online poker and he's pretty good at it. He knows he has to stand if he loses his chips etc, so I'd be surprised if he was banned for that.
Could the person who banned him explain why, so that I can ring him up and advise him on what he did wrong so that he does not do it again.
In the mean time, I have set him up with another account called mrernesto2, I hope that is okay.
