Hello BoozyBird: GP here, i would like to know why you banned me, after i finished commenting on my friend Cuockos death, and i added a few feel pictures?
Yes Nighty told me the pictures are inappropriate, so i went back to delete them and boom i'm banned...
Boozy if you think the pictures are bad, why dont you just delete them and then come to me and tell me what i did wrong?
You know me, it's not the first time i post here, i never post bad pictures.

(and between me and you, it's the few people like you, who are the reason why so many good members and great writers have quit and left the forum,
on the tables you never ever spoke to me, but when it came to a close call you were right there to boom ban).

They were totally inappropiate and you were out of order posting such sick images in a thread that has been dedicated for people to pay their respects and condolences...

How do you think cuckoos family and friends would feel seeing those images ???

Thanks Boozy but I decided to delete it anyway. I was very angry when I wrote it and still am a little. I'm hoping GreatestPlayer read the original post and so feel it's best not to leave it. I'm sorry too for your sake that you've had to witness and deal with this.

GP....Good God, I am appalled that you thought those would be appropriate pictures. Putting something like that on a condolence thread is completely without compassion or morals of any kind. Thank God that Boozy acted quickly.

May have been done in a proper spirit, but man -ya gotta understand it was a horrid thing to do.

Imagine somebody you love....losing their life in a train wreck and somebody posts train wrecks? Imagine that person losing their little girl?.....then you see a little girl crying at the grave?

I just really want you to think about it -because I don't think you were being evil -just truly unthinking. And with a loss, one has to be extremely careful with other people's emotions.

Please think about what you say....it can cause a lot of hurt -not the healing or the wishes you are trying to convey.

Listen when you open a newspaper you see pictures of terrible things,
they show you everything and the same goes with news on tv
and you could ask the same question
what are they thinking?
those people have family why do they show those pictures?
Well when i posted my wishes to her i added those pictures
just to add more feelings to my words,
and hey think about it: the newspapers and tv are showing you real pictures,
i didn't even post real pictures, but again i did wrong,
i should not have done that, and i deserve forum banned

last night on goldmine i was approached by MODhighlander and told to stand ,i asked why,i was told that i couldnt use chezza1 as it was not my account ,i again asked why, just repeated the reason, i carried on the game as i was winning and at 26k i wasnt going to stand for a reason as i saw it didnt apply,i have full permission to use this account and have done so for more than two months ,i do not hide that it is me and as im prone to swop nics at random manymany people and Mods know this. he said i would be banned and at this point i decided to take a stand and remained seated . within 2 mins my screen was blanked. i contacted hovis and told this to him, i then decided to go on as a nic i know highlander knows, as argipsun sat to play within 2 hands with no warning i was banned . i then went on as makemmaniac and on to a table with highlander, i presume he didnt see me for a while then asked me to stand ,i asked why and he repeated i had been told why, i asked if he would ban all my nics and he replied yes, i was then banned .
This is a free and friendly site ,if i was rude antisociable racist or sexist i would fully expect a ban ,however for just playing poker i wonder just what i have done wrong , i cannot see in the rules any mention of whose account you can use ,and it cant be classed as cheating because if anyone asks chezza1 i always say its makem so there is no confusion,i dare say most people think this is one of my nics . i would not have posted here as i want no trouble and i just play poker ,but as it is i find this out of character of the site ,this is just plain bullying and although im big enough to stand up for myself others may not be able to .if i have done wrong fine ,but i dont see it and i havent been given a satisfactory reason for 3 bans. chezza is the one that suffers as she has no other account and this was in no way her fault ,if i am found to be wrong ok ban all my nics ,but chezza has done nothing , thanks for reading this and hope to see you on the tables soon .
