Actually you were banned for Rebuying at a full table on Oct 3rd. At that time, it was a rule that players must stand and rejoin the waiting list to be fair to all people awaiting their turn. The new software disables this option.

I am sorry that you feel the length of your ban is excessive but considering this is the first time you have appealed, i will be glad to start the process for you. I have put in your appeal and you will be notified of the outcome in this thread.

Hello folks i can log on but once i try to enter a table a message comes up saying webmater must approve registration ? i have been playing on this site for around 7 months as far as i am aware i have always been pleasant the only thing i know i did do was stay logged on once when my dog escaped and had to go and retrieve her , if this is why i apologise just want to continue playing poker, Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Tiandra & Coolhand thankyou for your advice but still i am getting the same message webmaster aproval required, I have even got BT advice centre to overide and check my laptop and they say it looks like the site is barring me ? its been a week now i am even talking to my partner (lol) please advise my e-mail is jaypoa1970@btinternet.com , i aint great on computers just like playing me poker.

You need to create a new email address and use the new address in the email field. Like jo says, I would try a new username first. In the mean time, I am sending your issue to the software creator along with your email address you posted above.

Being muzzled on all those nics :( that means your language in table chat is not so nice..... I will ask the mod who muzzled you if the muzzle can be lifted...lets see what he/she sais.

I have asked the MODS who muzzled you on all those nics and they said that the muzzle on ALL your nics is staying on.

Being muzzled on one account, create another and behave same way so you get muzzled again, create another nic and another and another......., this is not a solution, this means something is wrong with your language you use in the table chat box.

how long do I have to w8 to get unbaned it is not like I did rebuy on purpes I didint see it was full and it's even inposible to do it again so why I have to w8 so long :(

At this point, it is up to the admin to get to it. Your appeal has been heard and approved. Now we just wait for the admin to have the time to reactivate your account. It could be 10 minutes to 2 weeks. Typically it takes a few days.

Hi. Is there a problem with my account? When I try to get on a table I get a dialogue box saying " The webmaster must approve your registration before you can play" I've been using the site frequently for around a year and have never experienced any problems before.
