I was originally fisherman 808. Got banned because I had not read the rules about rebuys back then. Because of some filter I had on, I couldn;t post anything in the conversation box, thus I stopped reading it. Apparently when asked to stand I did not even see it. Have since been playing as Lester51. Had to sign up for another e-mail address which I have never used since and long forgotten. My user name in the poker room is "Uvrayray" and I havnt been able to access any tables for more than a few days now. I can sign in but as soon as I pick a table I get a messege saying "I must get registration approval, please try agian later", or something close to that. I suspect that I may have gotten myself banned because I clicked the "sit next one out" option and did not return until the next morning. I understand that would be a valid reason but I am unsure as It is not in the rules. In fact it says in the rules that you should use the "sit next one out" option if your going to be gone for more than ten minutes. I do not want to be any trouble and will follow the rules. I just wanted to bring it to your attention that if this is the reason I was banned, it isnt addressed in the rules. If there is another reason as to why I was banned, please communicate that with me and I will correct the problem. I enjoy the poker room very much and am sorry if I caused any trouble. Reading that its hard to tell who the bad guy is or if there is more than one. Seems to me it all could have been avoided by just playing poker and not saying anything that could start a fight.

Dear room supervisor, Thanks for lifting my ban and I hate to be a bother but I still dont understand why I was banned. I found my first appeal above and found a responce from CMFroggywoman explaining to me that I was banned, but there wasnt a reason why. I really don't understand how this works. I know that your not supposed to use caps but lets say that you did use caps by mistake once in a while, would that really be considered a violation or is it just when you use caps all the time?? Or ,, how about the use of caps in proper grammer? The beginning of a sentence, someones name, the letter "I" is always capitalized by itself. I don't want to be a pain, I just feel like I have to walk on eggshells. I don't understand why I was banned in the first place. That first time I was banned from all the rooms and you lifted the ban and I was able to play again and for that I am grateful. But now for some reason I can't seem to access the first room. I can access other rooms but not the first one and thats the room I like most. I get along with everyone and if I did have a complaint about someone, I'd just ignor them. Someone would really have to be constantly disrespectful for me to make a complaint. Mabey someone doesn't like the way I play. Mabey I take to long deciding whether to call of fold. DOLLARS007 - The Free Poker Room does not ask anyone for their credit card number. We have thousands of active players and we have not asked even one of them for their credit card number. We don't sell anything and there is no-where on the site that you can enter a credit card number and we don't (yet) have any active newsletter where we could have asked for a credit card number.

So - it is impossible that the accusation is true. I have e-mailed the site you mentioned to ask for details but I find it all very strange.

By the way DOLLARS007 you've been on the site for over a year.. And you have never been asked for you credit card number or anything like that, right? If there was anything substance to what that site is claiming you probably would have noticed it by now.

It seems the site you linked to has withdrawn that page now DOLLAR007. It was probably a mistake.

ty Emil, As you may have seen googling tfpr that THAT SITE had made a very serious claim involving this site. I think that my action in directing it to you and your team was the very least that I could do as I love tfpr and the many very great players and people that share it. I do however feel that THAT SITE should be made accountable for thier actions in posting the suggestion on the www. Can you tell me if tfpr will be taking action on this issue?

Hi tfpr Moderators , admin. As you are all aware, I posted a Question on this notice board 3 days ago regarding very real issues regarding this site but no one has taken the time to get back to me about it. If someone or some site made claims as seriouse as the one I have directed you too about me or my business I would be hopping over there and sorting it out and doing every thing I could to make sure that my guests AKA were feeling confident and comfortable as possible. I said that I would not be fobbed off in my mail and now I intend to realise this. I asked if the fpr were going to take any further action against the site in question but this has drawn a blank!!! Can you please direct me to the correct governing body that deals with investigations into sites like the fpr so that I can make my own enquiries.
