I was playing at one table and I had to do somethig urgent so I forgot the game for a few minutes and also the battery got down. So I have been banned and anytime I try to go to a table I read that my registration has to be approved by the webmaster and that I may try later. But everytime is the same for two days...

Can you help me?

Next time if you have to leave the table, please tick on 'Sit Out' box that way you don't get cards and the other players can continue to play without having to wait your countdown.

Please keep on checking this thread, this is where it will be posted the moment your ban has been lifted.

I thought that the thing you mentioned had been removed since there was nothing shown when I clicked on the link in the mod forum. However, now I see that the link was invalid and that the false information about our site is still there.

I will have to look into this matter again. It is clearly false and maybe it is some culprit who wants to cause trouble who is behind it. I e-mailed them the last time and now I've e-mailed them again. They don't have any other contact info on their site.

While playing on the Diamond Mine table a few minutes ago the site experienced some kind of outage and the four players, myself included, lost our connections. Is it possible to receive our 50K back seeing that it was no fault of our own that the site briefly went out. Digginzzzzzzz and Paranoia were also at table. I can't remember who the forth player was. This was my first time playing Diamond Mine and I believe I had a good chance of winning since there were only four players still in.

I understand what you are saying, but 'lost of connection' is something we can't do anything about it, that is something completely out of our control.

Therefore we can't refund the lost of (free) chips.

I just want to say that I usually try to do things quickly and of course I dont like wating too much for other people's playing. So I allways try to do it right, "auto blinds", quickly "check", "fold" or "bet", including the "stand up" and the "sit out". I thing I did it this time too, but the battery failled meanwhile, I'm afraid.
So I just want to say that I try to be consciensious in every aspect of the game and that I love this game, So reconnect me to it as soon as possible please.

It's just an operational issue or lack of time?
