Would like to complain about the lack of responce from MOD_Daniella who i asked why the blackjack table wasn't showing the seats. First responce was I haven't looked which was fair enough but then i got completely blanked and got stupid comments instead of help.

Were you aware this was in the middle of a WC game, and I was in the hand? You had to be, since you opened up a scheduled game link to ask about a glitch. Haven't been to the Blackjack table lately....and therefore, I had no clue why there was a glitch.

Also, my response was to Chef, as was the comment by Slippers you copied -also to Chef, my team Captain.

Maybe next time go to the forum, where I or any other helpful mod will have time to answer and look into your question.

Site has gone down twice this morning within an hour I was playing DM both times and on return was asked to re register meaning a loss over over 100k for no reason, can these chips be re-paid?

Sorry to read this, we all wish this wouldn't happen but sometimes it just does, this is something totally out of our control.
I'm also sorry to say it's impossible for us to refund the lost chips.
I hope you take it as a challenge to win them back soon.

I would really love it if the site would fix all the connection problems its really annoying.

Hi ... I had computer problems Sunday night and anyway now I can sign in but when trying to get into a table I get the message 'The webmaster must approve your registration before you can play. Please try back a little later', this happened Monday or Tuesday night and since then. Anyway, I $49,000 in the back which isn't much I know but kinda proves I'm registered. I have tried to get into the help but nothing comes up and tonight decided to send my profile but heard nothing, have you got any ideas?

It's up to admin to lift the bans.
All we can do at the moment is wait.
So i have to ask you to be patient a bit longer.

this afternoon while i was playing in omaha room i noticed that there were 2 players playing in 2 seperate rooms at the same time, and not one single mod to be seen, im not gonna name the players, but i feel that if there was a mod available i could have reported them and as they wasnt caught feel its lucky for them,but where are all the mods
