Just my 2 cents.....
Anyone who gets "muzzled" should stay muzzled.
Anyone who gets "Banned" should stay banned.

I believe that would set an example to all who try
and make this website in intolerable place to have fun.
By setting the rule standards to a "We don't take no sh!^ here" attitude
It makes people think twice about acting like immature idiots

For people banned, we give the learning curve because there may be unavoidable circumstances which resulted in their ban. Perhaps they had a heart attack and upon their fall to the floor, they landed just inches from the keyboard :( Regardless of the reason, 1 chance and making them fully aware of the rules link is fair enough.

For muzzles, personal logs and notes are made of the event. If a person clearly shows their intentions are no good, then the muzzle will stay.

Knock on wood, but I think its been pretty nice the last several months...no?
