It is useless to write the rule on a separate page: they are simply not read.

Instead, it would be better if they were wriiten:

* below the link "Click here to play in your browser" on the main page
* in the scrolling advertiser on the right of the bank balance
in place of the useless "Welcome to our new Texas Holdem Poker game".
* in place of the DEALER message "please read the rules at URL..."

the title page needs a complete overhaul to be honest

it needs to jazzed up a bit, maybe a bit of colour or something to drag into the new millenium and make it more inviting for the "modern man" and of course, the women too.
