Ive won two tournaments today 15,000 and 9,000 yet none of it has been added to my account. Any reason why please ?

there are problems lately with chips not being recorded.
I had it with 28K and a few other members complained about it as well.

Add another 9.500 to the 15 and 9 k that I'm owed thats 33,500 I'm owed but the bank has taken my stake !!

Banks are bad right now, you are lucky they didn't take your stack and invest it in the 7 card stud table.
