I am still owed 33.5k from winning tournaments and not yet been paid but my stakes have been deducted from my account.Can anyone explain why please ?

I'm sorry to tell you that under the terms and conditions of the fairy king of poker documentation, possession is 9 tenths of the law. Unless you can prove that you did in deed win that amount, or that you did loose some stakes you will not be refunded.
If you can prove you lost some stakes they may be able to reimburse you but unfortunately the mods are out of stakes so it may just be a pound of sausage instead.

BUT

There is a solution, meet me next to the angel of the north at 1 am tonight with your prize pigeon and we will discus a solution.
