the second i entered the building a guy passed me running in a straight jacket and a mask (just like hannibal lecter´s) with 5 nurses and a cop after him.

I feel it may be prudent to gather some photographic eveidence for our case.

However as i am technically incapable of such hi-tech wizardry, i am unsure on the best way to proceed with this..
