Does anyone else have problems moving between tables in a timely fashion...if i leave a table it takes between 5 & 10 mins before i can get into another table. I never had this problem with my old laptop using windows xp..only since i had new laptop with vista.

Any help would be appreciated...thanks in anticipation of some useful suggestions :) x

Do you just get a black screen when you try to enter a new table?

When you leave the table.. do you stand up or just close the window down using the X?
I get it occasionally, but not for so long. Not that i move between tables that much.

Try logging out instead of refreshing

the black screen seems to be a length of a time and not how many times you refresh. happens to me all the time.

it is supposed to stop you playing two tables at once i think, however i can open up to four tables at once.....yet when i leave the omaha table to join a tourny i get the black screen for 5 minutes or so. crazy

logging in and out doesnt help either m8

if you ever get a white screen you can simply press alt and f5 or ctrl and f5 but this does not work with the black screen :(

Are you standing up before closing the window, or just closing it?

I used to just press X but now i always stand 1st when i loose to 7 2 off suit when i have Pocket Aces..., otherwise it thinks your still sat there i think.

no not at all den :) its bloody frustrting when you want to join a tourny.

tip if you leave any table on the site except tourny tables....make sure your name is not still showing at the table you just left before clicking on another table....sometimes when i leave a table my name is showing that im still on the table at the tables screen for a minute or so...i found it has helped me a bit with the black screen....still get the bloody things though :)

This happens to me too. I have windows vista. I can usually change tables if I log out and then log back in though.

hang on... your in the US right Daniella?

I assumed you were quoting little britain there but now i have my doubts.. unless the cult TV show staring the hilarious Matt Lucas and the ever so slightly camp David Walliams has reached your shores.

I have the same problem with the black screen...using xp...though for me logging out works although I have to actually close all windows and start back up again.

And I agree chronic...it is very frustrating when u want to join a tourny...!!!

Yes, when I get the black screen, I close everything and log out, then log back in and usually everything is ok again. Sometimes I have to log out twice. Very frustrating.

I'm going to look into firefox.

if you know which table you wanna join, (lets say you wanna catch a tourney) then the best way is to change table by using the url link if you know what i mean. (the Mod's will not like it if i explain).

Are you using internet exployer?

Try installing...

~ firefox
~ google chrome

I had the same problem, but since i have installed firefox, it seems alot better. plus the tables are faster.
