Change... is a Beautiful thing! Hopefully this will solve some problems. I thank the Admin and the Mods for reveiwing this. ( by the way i know the "mods" have names.. just not sure who all was invovled to thank you one by one.

Dani i still want to add 1 point, this tread will be down in 1 day if nobody postt so let it stick on top for a while so ppl who are not here now for whateva reason can read it. I think its an inportant rule so it shuld be read. Hope u consider this.

I have some concerns however:

* This thread is not sticky to stay on top
It should be for some times.

* Things are written as if Ron and I were hurt by simple political debates: this is not the case. Though it is a good thing that such divisive topics are now forbidden (since they are contrary to the goal of this site, that is, uniting people around a game). our concerns were about very precise criminal statements negating very precise facts in the history of XXth century. This has not been acknowledged.

* The perpetrators (I have three in mind) have not even been issued a public formal warning. And no sanctions are stated for such future criminal offenses.

I think i am happy with all now happend in such short notice, Thank u for post this so all can read and know this is a fun site and not a site were ppl can upseat uther ppl by posting harmfull posts. I also are here for fun, love to play with you all oh well almost all lol... :-)

Well RULES are rules So if that the way it is we must live with them. But the great NEWS other 100's of thousand of forums are open to people to speak their feelings and opinions without being censored.

Think the "Sticky" has lost it's stickiness!

If we're eliminating sexism, could we make the software default to female when you're getting on the waiting list? Seems unfair that us ladies always have to play tourneys as men.

If things were programmed correctly,
the software should use this info to pick out which avatar gender radiobutton
is preselected by default on the tables.

Nope. Ask any woman on this site. You can set the profile to male or female, the software ignores it when you're entering a room and defaults to male. Usually not a problem until you're trying to get on a crowded tourney table. If you take the extra 2 seconds to click the box, you can miss getting on the table.
