Besides...I clearly recall saying beanbag chair and I'm sure I could produce witnesses to confirm that.
But if you want to have a go in the courtroom, that's fine. Just be aware that I'll have to counter sue for negligent use of good advice.

Dear Lefty,

I can assure you that my blender was a top-of-the-line kitchen sink with chop knives and Harley Gitson mouse-wheel engine, that came with lifetime guarantee. Unfortunately the mouse expired in yesterdays carnage -- very sad. The company spokesperson explained that the guarantee was for the length of the mouse's life (small-letter legalese being not my strong suit). Hence I could not be applicable for the above mentioned guarantee.

However, I believe, that in my immense sadness, I lost the big picture and the initial reaction was overblown. My suggestion is then as follows: we shall meet for a bean shoot-out duel at dawn. Both can bring desired bean-shooters and choice is free for the beanbag chair to make the ordeal more pleasant. I have no idea as how to decide the winner, but at this point that is a secondary matter.

As I was able to tell you already in short, when our ways passed at the tables -- I received my mountain mouse in good order. What I didn't realize though was that they (the company that is) would send me a mouse.... that literally has a broke-back. Silly me. I thought I'd get a closet free mouse. Now instead I have to figure out how to get this spineless rodent spin the wheel. My sex change plans are proceeding according to plans -- now I only need 23.874.342 free chips to pay for the op -- and I am ready to duel.

Another interpretation would be that I try to cowardly find excuses not to raise to the challenge that I, myself, initiated. That would be a false interpretation. Anyone making such an attempt would find oneself in the courtroom offered generously by danm -- to solve matters to my favor.
