is BBQ venison Steak Preferably Sirloin withp lenty of Black Pepper nice hot plate and quickly cooked

A nice bit of steak and chips, mmmm!! Sirlion is the best, but you cant go too wrong with rump too.
Butter and red wine sauce, perfect.

Fresh raw oysters with a dash of lemon, viniger and cracked pepper. Followed by madium/rare eye fillet with avacado, minted potatoes and salad. And to finish pavlova with cream and strawberries.

Lamb roast,with fresh steamed veg's steamed rice with white sauce and steaming hot garlic bread. Blueberry danish with Blue ribbon vanilla icecream. God damn am hungry now.

Mind you Adder makes a Lasagne that takes some beating I can tell you !

Tried the pea sandwich (ref Baldman recipe) - bloody awful, so I added some nuts.
I think I'll call it a Pea-Nut sandwich

my grandmothers spritz cookies....
SPRITZ COOKIES
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Ingrediants:
1 cup of buuter at room temp. ¾ cup of sugar 1 egg room temp pinch of salt ½ teasppon backing powder ¼ teaspoon vanilla 2 ¼ cups of Wondra flour
Directions
Stir cream butter with sugar until fluffy Add egg and vanilla, beat until blended Add salt and baking powder to the flour, and blend with a fork Add flour mixture in small additions until well blended Chill dough for about half an hour Decorte if desired with colored sugars (sprinkles) or jimmies Bake 8-10 minutes until slightly gold Remove to wire racks and holds about 6 dozen cookies
Store in air tight container lined with wax paper
