to be honest m8 i havent played your account other than for 5 mins on omaha the other day ( i won 3k btw ). but i didnt feel comfortable playing it knowing how much time you have consumed raising the account. so im just going to leave it idle praying one day you'll change your mind or win the lottery and not give a poo about the internet costs, i understand leaving it idle would be against your wishes and you want someone to use it but you never know m8, as the saying goes.... u never know :) you might change your mind in the future and when or if you do, the account will be here for you untouched like nothing ever happened.
