Ok....have you ever sat at the poker table wondering what the other players look like,what they are doing and where they are sitting?
Just for fun i will start with a few conceptions/misconceptions. After all we THINK that we know our fellow players but do we?
THIS THREAD IS ONLY FOR FUN AND NOT TO BE USED TO INSULT OR DEMEAN...so here we go...
1. Lynnie...I imagine Lynnie to live in a little cottage just like hansel and gretel made of candy and sweeties. She knits while she is playing and listens to Matt Monroe CD's.
2. Stax is surrounded by beer cans in his rented flat and stares longingly at photos of his wife whilst attempting to finish the crossword he started back in 2002 when he was sober.
3. Gudge sits in his Laura Ashley decorated house desparately hoping that his wife doesnt ask him "can i go on e bay now?" whilst reading the wigmakers monthly, wondering if he will ever replace his bobby charlton combover.
4. Wonka surfs all day trying to find more funny pictures to post whilst his long suffering wife bathes and dresses the umpas before making him his nightly cup of horlicks.
Get the idea...go on then chaps...just for fun..

gegs is my clone! the images he portrays are as i see it.
My thoughts, as his, cannot be altered, however i imagine boozy as a dominant pre school teacher, with the most kindly disposition that you would love to hunker up to and feed her pet rabbits the delights youv'e grown with your own fair hands.
Toxy is the girl you wanted to marry but her father is a midlands coal miner who has passed on his trade union connections and the vision of your future demands parity in the kitchen.
ynot is presently advising the kremlin on the type and kind of player to be able to best represent the people of Russia on this site, Tamara suspenderish is a good choice! Yeh! ynot's a babe magnet.

you are spot on my friend,
but i do find it disturbing when my wife has four naked umpa lumpas in the bath. i mean is there any need for her to get naked as well.....?

The people I am writing about I consider to be my friends I hope that they remain so after I have finished.
The quiet country vilage of table 1.
The twins(not identical)
CMtwr506 and twr506. Cmtwr506 being the older by 35seconds is the leader of the two boys in his late 30s to mid forties he is 5' 11" tall with a slim but muscular body topped whith dark hair graying at the temples, he is chairman of the village council and works in the insurance industry, he is not a very good poker player hence he doesn't sit at table often.
twr506 is a shy quieter man than his brother slightly nerdy 5' 10" tall with a slim weakly build has a degree in mathematics and works for the government and is a very good poker player, hence he is often at the table playing quietly while his brother chats up all the women.
Beverley - She is in her mid to late 30s with a pleasant manner being 5' 6" tall and of small build some would say even slightly built, everybodies friend and confidante if you want to know something about some 1 ask Bev she works in the city b y day being more than a secreatry, more than an admistrator she is the rock that business builds upon. Again her abilities in organising and administrating serve her well on the poker table being a player whom every1 fears.
Denisey - Is in her late 40s ever so slightly overweight but with stunningly good looks she keeps in shape by swimming 30laps of the local pool every morning. Well liked and a good friend of Beverley she joins in all of the village activities using her extensive knowledge of IT to help the village school in both purchasing and using of IT equipment. she is a steady verging on great poker player.
FLOJO - A nickname earned in infancy for her atheliticism Florence as her mother calls her is the village school teacher being 5' 7" and of athletic build she keeps her figure trim by a regime of running every day combined with an hours session in the Gym 3 times a week. She is in her mid 20s and uses her intelligence to devastating effect on the poker table being 1 of the top players.
CMHappyALi08 - A beautiful 21 year old breath of fresh air she brightens up any meeting wwith her enthusiasm and energy. However she leaves people feeling exhausted and worn out as she flits from one to another spreading good cheer and universal happiness although every 1 agrees it would be a dull miserable place without her. She enters into all of the village activities and owns and operates the village beauty parlour. When she concentrates she is an excellent poker player.
Chipleaderish - A youthful 17 year old pride of the village being a frequent volunteer to the villages "keep our village clean campaign" spending lots of spare time picking up rubbish and sweeping paths etc, attends college in the nearest town were he is a popular student getting good grades and pleaseeing his parents. Can be a very good poker player.
Jockney - A youthfull 50ish 6' tall rock of a man being the villages elder statesman always having something posotive and helpful to say in any situatuon could be called upon no matter what time of day to provide help and advice a steady and reliable poker player.
CMjohnnyB - The village clown slow of speech and movement once a voice to be listened too but now he is in his late 50s early 60s age has got the better of him, although still of good spirit and a warm welcoming demeanour he is tolerated for what he represents to the village - an end of an era. A poor poker player.

superb hovis...keep up the good work...absolute poetry ...love the bit about lynnies rabbits......
4. Boozybird....drinks bottles of ribena filled with vintage red in case hubby comes in unexpectedly...eats restaurant prepared meals which she passes off as home cooked to her lawyer husband who works long hours to keep her in the manner she has become accustomed to.
5. Haig.... a man mountain of a guy who yearns to travel to eastern climes to meet the woman of his dreams....may have to settle for a thai bride.
6. ynot...organised, excessively competitive but manages to find time to play 16 hours per day. obviously "works" from home whilst his drones make his cash for him.

Purple - As requested - I see purple as the Wicked Queen out of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Every night looking in the mirror saying mirror, mirror on the wall who's the best poker player of them all. Yeah Right !! And as for the Seven Dwarf's well thats another post but a couple to start with :-
