I do agree with you in this but were all leaguemembers present for the vote, because when they are only with 4 members 1 or 2 arent there for example it will be a decision made by only 2 or 3..(I am not referring to the puffs case but a random 1), thats why I think all capts should be invaulved for a fair decision on every future case , so if some are not present it will be a normal number of voters... I also agree this conflict of interest wouldnt be there for most cases, but there might be future issues that will give conflict of interest..

(so again this is a answer for how to make a captains committee and what can be problems if capts are also Mods...

I agree with bats suggestion but i beleive it is a conflict of interest in a different regard.

On the Leage commitee you have 4 member. 1 is ill and 1 has left. I dont believe that Finn did this to benefit his team, but the fact that it left 2 people from 2 teams benefitiing from the decision is a conflict in my opinion an all captains commitee wold have voted against this stupid decision.

With the decision it has dropped the puffs to 3rd and the commitee members teams to 1 and 2.

In reagards to the Panda decision, i believe there in conflict too, as demonstrated in the numerous threads where certain mods have a personal vendetta against them.

The fact that the commitee can never get together means we have unfair and unprecedent decison like that against CC. People being treated with different rules. We need the commitee to keep logs of their previous decisions and non decisions, so that ever team is treated under the same rules

In order to quell strife in the forum perhaps some designated regional enforcers could take care of things in an off-site capacity. Complete access to member's IPs would of course have to be granted to these enforcers who would then use their connections in Scotland Yard or whatever similar institution to find out troublesome tfpr member's addresses. For instance bloke7 lives about 2 miles from me and could easily have been dealt with "off-site". Intimidation and violence could do wonders for this site and would I believe, keep the forum a fun, loving and harmonious place for all.

I have served on some boards in my time and i think it might help if certain mods dont have term limits. The one i am thinking of is Tia ,,like a treasurer or something of the sort, a lot of her behind the scene,s work may be difficult to teach to someone else in a short period of time and would lend to a better working environment if she were appointed till she decided to leave or something of that nature.

By the way, we're in round 13 now.

All tables of other sites with empty chairs except an avatar/photo pinned in a rectangle or circle
have a unhuman ambiance.

The current software has lots of glitch,
but his real strong point is the graphic design:

- We quickly know who's acting without searching
(avatar blinking catches the attention of eyes)
This is not the case in many sites,
including the ones using the upgraded table of this soft.

You cannot miss the big red bet buttons and slider,

emil a suggestion how about making a thread with freeroll tournaments in from other sites with a link. that way u could make money from us visitng the sites. the members could get lucky and win some money themselfs. seems like a win win situation to me

Its been 7 weeks and we are all still waiting, the issue is the commitee is never available and how long does it take for a mod appeal, we have been waiting for that for 4 weeks or are all the mods away too?
