To make a bet, all you need to do is either enter an amount in the box showing what the current bet is or use the slide bar.
To raise, see make a bet.

To check, you just click the check box when it comes up.

If you need any more help then please don't hesitate to ask a Mod or someone at a table. You will find most members are more than willing to help a new member.

now for table solutions

Tables 1234- newbie tables, more time to decide your hand situation etc...
Tables 567- Turbo tables, stay well clear, unless you want to spend the next 5 years resetting chips.
Pot limit texas/omaha- great way to learn the games with minimum stress.
Omaha turbo- Fun, bingo, free drinks :P
7 card stud- never played it lol.
tourney tables - are for the more experienced players. with diamond mine being the hardest because its full of the Mega Gits.

So all in all, stick to tables 1234 and you should be fine :-)

The ten things i have learned here,,

1. most people on here are great sports
2. chips are like the seasons,,they come and go
3. MODS will treat you like they are treated
4. dont sit next to skunks (obvious reasons)
5. league play builds family's
6. your hands is only as good as the table allows
7. texas tourney is for learning
8. diamond mine is for being taught
9. omaha pot limit, is the friendliest table here
10. Git is a relative term ( usually means you called there bluff)
