Well done Aussies. Excellent job leading from the front G (aka Sir Donald)

From what I saw it was a great game. Muralidoodaa dishes out a couple of doosras and Warnie warmed up with the odd flipper. Gladston was looking a little small (hehe) at times. And Gower was glaring from the blistering speed of Merv Hughes. But in the end the class of the Aussies shone through.

Guys, well done and well played by you all. I'll be there for the next innings, whether as an unbiased (lol) spectator or as a player.

Hi Rich & Graham,
wds for keeping score, you both did an amazing job. My head was spinning and i was just simply playing.I must say i enjoyed myself alot and Graham, the idea of the game is a brilliant one and i think when everyone gets used to it , its going to be a tourney that all players from aus and england will be wanting to play in year after year. One things for sure , i can tell my kids and grand kids ( when i have any ) i've played in an ashes series , how great is that ,hehehehehe.

ps . rich , i think i must have only got 41 m8 , then our score will be 68. :)

Theres no rego date Adam - up to the Captain (TheDeville) who he plays, as long as your of English (Commonwealth) origin and not an Australian of course.

Congrats to the England team, they had they upper hand throughout the majority of play - I'm amazed that after nearly 2 hours of play, 20 wickets falling and a lot of chips being moved around the table that 9 men and 800 chips were separated by 1 run (equivilent to winning a hand with 1 x pair) now that's a close match !!

4th Test held at Edgebaston Friday 27th August 2010

England: 143 for 9 Ausrtralia: 138 for 10

A great game, almost 2 and a half hours with Crazy Man and Nonplussed fighting it out over the last 45 minutes, individual scores were:
ENGLAND
TheDeville 13
Cobra 13
Crazy-man 70
Smoggy 3
Extras (Aus folding b4 river and full squad extra points) 28

AUSTRALIA
Dragan 10
G50raham 17
Maddog 5
Swampy 10
nonplussed 80
Extras (England folding b4 river and full squad extra points) 6

Once again a brilliant match, Australia only let down by the wayward bowling due to Lillee, Thommo and Warney going on the turps last night.
